This is the worst service I have ever had. My calls get dropped and my phone is super laggy. When I called to get assistance I was told the issue was resolved and yet here I am am agqin today with no service. I asked that my due date change to the 14th. But no he lied he put it on the 13th and now I can not change the date for 6 months. WORST SERVICE EVER!! I will NEVER HAVE A GOOD THING TO SAY ABOUT CRICKET

This place is a total sham. My wife worked here for three weeks or less and was lied to by top management staff as well as other coworkers. I would not sign a contract with this place if you paid me do use them. I have been a Straight Talk customer for 4 years and I highly recommend them they are great service all the way- their customer service is great unlike Cricket Wireless which is totally rude and you can't even get a person to help you for 5-10 minutes even though stores only 20 ft by 10 ft LMAO. Anyway I wish the best of luck to Cricket Wireless and hope they start making some good business decisions and treating people right. That's all it takes in life and you will hit the Stars
