Absolutely one of the best. Nick and AJ are great guys . Did the deal with the owner Nick via email and phone and AJ took it over and finished the deal. 100 % exactly what we agreed on out the door , no surprises. We were in and out in an hour. Well worth the 4 hour round trip. David had all the paperwork ready to go when we got there , no add on stuff or up sale pressure, 15 minutes and we were done . Truck was inside out of the rain when we arrived and AJ went over all the features with my wife . This is definitely my new Ford dealer . Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Ruxer.

I should have left a review right after I bought my Bronco from Ruxer. It was the too-good-to-be-true kind of deal you expect to fall apart right before it’s finalized. A new Bronco below sticker? Who would be crazy enough to do that? Surely there has to be a bunch of hidden fees! I think I paid $1.25 tire fee. Invoice price + sales tax + the cost of a can of soda and that’s it. It’s like the State Farm commercial: I thought I had gotten the Brice discount on the low down hush hush. Turns out they literally sell every vehicle at below MSRP. Even when dealers everywhere else were putting 10k markups on hatch backs. Never forget who was gouging you when the market was bad and who stayed loyal to customers when it would have been easy to take the extra profit.

But what really made me want to leave a review wasn’t just the good price I got on my truck, but today I had some service work done here for the first time. I had a minor warranty issue and a couple recalls to check for. They did an outstanding job and even picked up and dropped off my vehicle from my office. I almost hesitate to share that because I felt like I was getting a special deal, but maybe that is also standard operating procedure here. Either way, from sales to service and parts: Ruxer is hands down the best. I really don’t know why anyone buys a Ford/Lincoln elsewhere. They should be the highest volume dealer in the Midwest. Don’t make the mistake of going elsewhere. Buy from Ruxer and be happy over a year later like I am. Thank you Mitch and Phil!

After hearing all the horror stories of unscrupulous dealerships, I thought I'd share a great experience at Ruxer Ford Lincoln, Jasper, Indiana. I originally ordered my Maverick XLT 10/29/2021. I never got a MY22 scheduled build date so Ruxer reordered 9/19/2022 for a MY23 Mav. I was notified early in November for an early Dec build and January delivery. I finally picked it up last Friday, 1/13/2023. 441 Days after my first order.

When I talked to my salesman in Oct 21, he told me that Ruxer sells under MSRP on everything. At the time I wasn't sure I believed him because of market adjustments all over the country were up to $10K or more. I thought I'd give them a try anyway. I'm still shaking my head at what a great deal I got. Ford was also offering a "Private Offer" when when the Maverick was rolled over to the 2023 model year. That, plus a bonus $500 off for being a member of Farm Bureau Insurance, combined with invoice pricing, made my out the door price more than $3000 under sticker. Yeah, I bought a brand new Maverick XLT with all the bells and whistles for under $30,000!

They have no doc fees, no pushy sales tactics, no Simonize treatment, window etching, no nitrogen filled tires or any of that fluff stuff. They don't hard sell extended warranties, but they do include a LIFETIME unlimited mileage power train warranty as long as you own the vehicle - no extra charge. On a one to five scale, I'd give them a ten! Ruxer Ford Lincoln sales department gets my absolute HIGHEST recommendation. I do not have enough experience with their service yet, so I can't speak to that. And no, I don't work there and don't know anyone who does. If you call or visit, my salesman was Mitch Nelson (AKA Motorhead Mitch).

I also bought a 2022 Ranger there last Feb when I was discouraged and thought the Maverick would never come in. It was also discounted to invoice price. I was planning on selling it or possibly trading it in when the Maverick finally came in. Well, I decided to keep the Ranger AND the Maverick. My wife is the proud owner of the Mav and I love my Ranger. We are a happy Ford truck family! Thanks Mitch and gang at Ruxer!
