Visited this location, primary for Amazon returns, it’s nice to see a full re-branding going on in here.

They offer a ton of additional services now like TSA pre-check, enrollment, passport, services, luggage, tags, free packing and sealing support , and a lot of things in addition to what you normally would have expected for Staples.

I’m really loving how Staples is leaning into packaging, packing , and especially travel and comfort.

They had a really cool donut shop set up inside.

It’s not a real shop, but you would believe it’s real at first glance. Great sales tactic to showcase printing services available!

Service was quick and thorough. The sales attendee was pleasant and helpful!
I’m looking forward to returning to this location for more assistance.

I was done within 10 minutes. All they asked me was how long I lived at my address and if it's current. They took my fingerprints, scanned my passport, took my picture, then I had to pay $78.

Shop:
Nice that it included a UPS. Store was clean.

I stopped into my local Staples today (I’m new to the neighborhood). I walked in and was immediately greeted with a friendly “Good afternoon”. I walked over to the Print Counter where two associates were conversing. They immediately stopped, smiled and greeted me with “How can we help you today?” Taha walked over and immediately began to assist me. He knew exactly what I needed and I didn’t even know how to ask for it. He offered additional services which was a great help to me. I usually shop at Office Depot, never again. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a custom order and a smile! Taha thank you for providing outstanding customer service and being a great asset to a business in my community!!!!

Wanted to give a special thanks to Crystal today!! She helped me pick a printer and gave me valuable information. She is a true Gem and deserve a raise!!!

I went in for my TSA Precheck appointment this past Friday and I was impressed by how seamless the process was. I was in and out in under five minutes. The employee who helped me was incredibly polite and helpful. She explained everything clearly and had a great attitude. I was even 20 minutes early for my appointment and I was still seen immediately.
The store itself is very clean and modern, all in all very professional looking.
If you're looking to get your TSA Precheck done here, just remember to make an appointment and bring your identification documents (passport or birth certificate), and you'll be good to go.

I did an online order for 1 ream of paper and it was seamless pickup. Cashiers and others seemed really engaged in making sure people were served. Unusual and noteworthy.

I came here to do an amazon return and the lady that helped me was very nice and sweet. She gave me a coupon that I could use in store because I did an amazon return. This location is big and clean and the people that helped me were awesome. They also have other services at this location like TSA pre check registration, passport help, amazon lockers and returns, and of course printing services.

Good place, Mr. Stanley was very helpful, needed to print flyers, showed me examples of all the different types of paper I could use, helped me find the correct type of tape (masking tape) and was overall nice and helpful!!

I had an awesome experience purchasing my items for my office! The associate by the name of Jason was incredibly helpful and helping me select the items that I needed, in addition to other information in regards to purchasing items that were out of stock in the store. Very, very helpful!

I went to our local Staples to buy printer ink and could not find it in the ink aisle. I went to a staff person for help and by the time I returned to the aisle, a staff person was there and showed me where the product I needed was located. The experience was great!

I went into this Staples trying to print my wedding invitations and the nightshift crew was so helpful. Jasmine helped me endlessly until my invites came out perfect. She was truly amazing and I will recommend this store to anyone. Great customer service!!

The best copycenter in town! As office supply stores close, leaving customers to rely on internet printing services, the Staples in Tucker remains, one of the few copycenters available where you can actually get personal help with your projects from a knowledgeable team. I hope they are here for a long time!

I had a good experience here copying a book. The print center staff helped me cut the binder of the book and I was able to make the copy easily and affordably afterwards. Will be back.

Staples gives great value for money spent, they have a friendly, knowledgeable staff, and a great technology department. I go there often, and recommend them to anyone needing what they provide.

My TSA Pre check appt was scheduled for this location. After reading so many negative reviews I was prepared to be dissatisfied but I was just going to get it done. The personnel with whom I interacted were all friendly, professional and helpful. They were ready for me when I arrived and the actual TSA process was smooth and effortless. They even gave out a 20% coupon which I plan to use for a new laptop.
I don't normally write reviews but I've worked in customer service and dealing with the public is not always easy. People are quick to complain but not nearly as quick to praise.

I was trying to decide which Staples to visit to try a walk-in TSA pre-check. I’m so glad I chose this location! I went on a Friday around 9am and waited about half an hour. They give you a coupon too! The entire “enrollment” process took less than 5 minutes and the staff was very nice. By Saturday evening I had my KTN number!

The 3 ladies working in the print center this evening were awesome despite a customer or 2 giving them a hard time while they were extremely busy. They maintained peak professionalism while managing my order and quite a few others at the same time. Just Awesome!

Conveniently located. I was able to what I needed despite the back to school rush. Cashier was polite and professional. Good selection and value.
