I have had bad experiences at this Michael’s in the past but I think they have used our feedback to improve a lot! I had a great experience with Ginger and Brett the manager today. I needed about 14 balloons and Ginger was very kind and patient with my large request. I do think it would have been nice for the manager to help her since it took us together about 30 minutes to blow them up (I was tying, she was blowing up) just to help speed up the process, but she was great to work with. I offered some tips and tricks along the way and together we made a great team. I also appreciate the nice conversation we had throughout.

A side note for readers - Michael’s is a great place to get balloons! They are slightly more expensive than Party City but they always offer coupons so it’s a great deal if you have your 20% off a regular priced purchase coupon like I did!

The only downside (which is not any of the employees’ fault) is that you have to walk in and ask for the balloons - as far as I can tell, you can’t order them ahead to be picked up like you can at PC. I know this is a fairly new offering so maybe they’re planning to enhance the service in the future. It would be great if you could place an order through the app to be picked up! So in the future if I am on a time crunch and need a larger quantity like this, I may go elsewhere.

WOW... I really didn't have high expectations until I was met with the BEST service so far in the year 2024 Mr Cayse and Mr Brett. I came in looking for thumb tacs & framing for an office poster and came out with a customize frame and drywall mounts. Very professional and very much appreciated. Brett figuratively held my throughout the Contactless checkout. He was very knowledgeable about Michael's Rewards and Credit Card benefits. And Mr Cayse guided me thru the framing process. Helped measure my poster and find the appropriate frame that fit my current lifestyle. He suggested the correct drywall mounts that were design to minimize wall damage. I actually felt like a valued customer for once. This survey doesnt really do justice for how much I appreciated the genuine outstanding service!

I came here to get a baking pan. They always have a big inventory and it is a big and clean location. They updated their checkout area where you can self-checkout which I like. The woman working near the checkout section was very helpful and showed me how to navigate the checkout computer. They always have coupons you can use online or in person so I really like that. You never have to pay full price for anything.

I visited Michaels to get help with a framing project that I was working on. The two associates on hand were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very helpful. It was like a scavenger hunt looking for items. A great team effort. Now when I get this notification for a review, I’m looking for the stuff that I bought to take a pic but no luck. Might have to go back and buy the stuff again. Haha

I gave this store branch 5 stars because of Cindy. She was so helpful and patient. A great representation of high quality customer service.

Went in needing help to make pearl earrings for my mother's funeral outfit. The staff member stopped what she was doing to help me. Cannot express how much I appreciate her especially during such a difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I had a bad experience in 2020, but still continued to shop here. This store has made a huge turn around in terms of the service provided. The store manager is always so kind & attentive to all the guests. You can tell that she has trained her employees to follow in her steps. This is my favorite Michaels to shop at not only because it’s 5 mins from my home. But because of the amazing service they always provide. & picking up is always a breeze. Thank you!

I frequent this Michael’s a lot for craft supplies, home decor, and custom framing. Everyone that works there has always been super nice and I can almost always find what I’m looking forward and usually a few things I didn’t know I need 🤣

Michael's is a great neighborhood craft store. I search for the item I need online, and if in stock, the aisle it is located on is noted. I walk straight into the store, go to the aisle, and then check out. In and out in minutes. Review update: Today I tried out their online order and pickup process and really liked it. I was able to use this week's coupon for an additional discount, submitted the order, and received a prompt email/text that my order was ready. Driving to the store, I simply entered the doors, checked the bin for my order, and was out the door. How easy!

Had two great pickup orders today! (My first plan didn't work so I needed more supplies!)

I want to add that Kiana is amazing. She is professional, friendly, and so helpful. I hope Michaels realizes that they have an excellent employee with her!

Came here at around 8:30pm on a Friday, it wasn't super busy. The store was clean and well organized. Found some really good deals on their spring florals sections and decor. The cashier was friendly and checked us out quick. Would definitely recommend this location. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Although this Michael's store is kind of tucked away in a small strip mall, it was very well stocked. Inside the store was isle after isle of well maintained art & craft supplies. Overall this store was very shoppable, very clean, and everything was easy to find. The only downside was there was only one cashier working so there was a line for checkout. Other than that, I had a great experience and will be shopping here again!

The customer service is great. However, I hate when I am forced yo use self checkout. we are taking jobs from young adults or anyone desiring a a job
