Anthony is the best! I accidentally left my tablet pencil in my Amazon return (a tablet cover) and he was able to find the package in the store (thankfully the package hadn’t been picked up yet) and get my pencil back to me! He saved me at least $80 and a major headache. Thank you so much for your help!!

I needed to return something I had bought online, but only had the return shipping label on my cell phone. No clue how to transfer that to my own non working printer. To just send it on my own would've been $40!

A gentleman who works there saw this conundrum and my frustration, looked at my cell, quickly sent the label to UPS and printed it out and stuck to my package.

Free shipping and I got my products' $200 refund this weekend. Wish I knew his name, but he saved the day, my brain, and my wallet. :) Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!

I went in here to overnight something . I brought my 5 year old son with me and the people who worked there were great with him . They gave him a lollipop and a bag of little play toys and the guy behind the counter even played catch with him . It was honestly so nice to see and interact with people like that

I have found everyone here to be nice and helpful. Most of the time I get Kevin and he’s terrific. He’s patient and helpful when it comes to navigating returns, especially on the Amazon app. I have never had an issue with anything there and the employees go out of their way to make it as easy for me as possible to do my mailings and returns.

Even when there is a line to the door they are quick, courteous and knowledgeable.

I was helped by Isiah on 5/16/2022. His professionalism and customer service were incredible! Isiah was very helpful by printing my shipping label and sealing up my package. Thank you for the wonderful convenient experience!

Nice , friendly people. Shipping supplies are reasonably priced. But I implore you in the name of decency, don’t buy their packing tape. You’ll end up using the cutting edge to slice up your furniture in utter frustration.

Always quick, efficient and friendly service! They take great care with my packages and never cut corners in their service. Even during period right before, during and right after the holiday season they’re always positive and upbeat!

I have been using the UPS store in Manalapan for 6 years. Mostly for shipping packages out of state for my kids at college.The staff is very helpful. All of my shipments end up at their proper location in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend using this store for your shipping needs.

This UPS Store is outstanding!!! The employees are always friendly and courteous! During this stressful COVID times, they make it fast, easy and safe to get our work and personal packages out! Highly recommend this location!

I have never had an issue with the store! I am here all the time making returns with amazon or shipping something they are friendly and quick!

Needed something faxed, but it just wouldn't go through. So the man ( dont know his name ) went to the back to send it via email. In the process the fax finally went through. I told the gentleman that I'd pay for both services. He refused to charge me for both. He was very helpful, and I appreciated his help.

I have used this UPS store a few times. It's conveniently located in the Freehold township. The parking lot is adjacent to that of 24 hour Walgreen. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

They have always been very kind and helpful for me there. All of the bad reviews seem to be about the hours listed on Google, so I figured I should balance out based on all of their other services to be fair. Not sure if the hours are correct so maybe call first, but when they are open they are nice and helpful.
