AT&T Store

I was very satisfied with my service yesterday at the AT&T store. Customer service was excellent and I was very satisfied overall on how quick they took me in. I did not have to even wait. I have been an AT&T customer for a very long time and I will continue to be thank you very much AT&T on Navarro, Victoria, Texas!

Into the store. I promise you won’t be disappointed with her service. This is my favorite AT&T store in town! Everyone here is so nice and helpful.

I had to go into the store more than often these past few weeks. Edith was so awesome! She is a rockstar! She is soo sweet, helpful and provided the best customer service I have experienced in a longtime. She is now my go to person anytime I go into the store. Thank You Edith!! Everyone is helpful but Edith is the best! :-)

It was fast and courteous service. Edgar was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. He checked for discounts and even helped me with phone accessories

Employee was very helpful and knowledgeable and super friendly, and so was the rest of Employees as I noticed them all very well informed of products and very courteous to everyone that walked in

As far as AT&T stores go, this one is one of the better ones. Plenty of employees to assist you without waiting (or not too long anyway). My go to AT&T location.

The store was quite busy and the store personnel was very satisfying and efficient in serving a need that I had for several months and had gone to Houston cooperate AT&T stores requesting assistance. The stores provided no satisfaction but told me they could not solve my problem. The store in Victoria took the time, solved the concerns, offered advice as to how the previous situation could possibly be avoided.

Today Heather was extremely helpful transferring my mother's number and device from Verizon to AT&T. Despite Verizon's assurances that the device was unlocked and transferrable, it was not compatible with AT&T's network. Heather spent over 2 hours working on the device and with tech support attempting to resolve the connectivity problem. In the end mom had to get a new phone. To ease the pocketbook, the non-compatible device is eligible for trade-in to offset the price of the new phone.
Heather was able to ease the stress of this transition for mom. What matters most is that mom is happy.

We had great customer service and the store manager Juan made sure we where satisfied and left the store with all our devices working properly! Our sales lady worked very hard to make sure we where happy with the plan of our choice and explained all services offered! We are Excited to be back!
No More Dropped Calls or Service!

Edith was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping my husband and I add a new line to our account. She explained everything with detail and explained to us the return policies. You have an amazing employee! Josh her manager was super helpful as well! Will be returning and asking for her again in the future!

Edith and the store manager are extremely competent and incredibly patient. My problem was complicated and they worked the problem very quickly to resolve it, all after the store's closing time. AT&T should secure both of their services. They represent the best AT&T has to offer.

Viviana! Tonight she successfully resolved my mother's multi-year drama with her ATT email account. She was open-minded, patient, very pleasant and sincerely interested while calmly jumping through hoops to FIX the issue. She even had the good manners to replicate the crazy problems we've been having for YEARS just to make me feel better I think. Thank you so much Viviana! You went over and above the call of duty on this one! It is rare to have such pleasant business interactions these days. ATT is lucky to have you representing their brand. Thank You!

I was really excited to get an update so I went to the AT&T store in the mall as I always have. They told me even though they were open that they were doing inventory so that's why the door was closed and to come back in an hour. .... Well that made me a little upset so I went to the AT&T store by HEB (Navarro) and was helped the second I walked in by Vivian.. She was super helpful and very friendly. She made me feel very welcomed in the store. I'm very happy with my service there and will continue to go there!

I made an appointment which was insanely easy. Call the store number and pressed one button they immediately sent me a text with a link I entered my info and picked my date and time. Showed up and was seen immediately at my appointment time. I was helped by Adriana. She was awesome!!! I had a lot of changes to make on my account and she made it super simple. Kudos to her!!

I needed a hot spot to be able to work remotely. I never had to get out of the car! Reviewed my plan, found me the best deal, and had me on my way.
Super friendly and so helpful in this challenging time. Walked me through how it all worked. No problems or trouble.
Thank you for being so helpful (and practiced social distancing as well) about what was the best for my needs!

This store has the stuff you need and the service is unmatched. The rep who helped me truly cared and helped me get all set. I am well pleased. I've been back for follow-up service to set up auto-pay, and this same rep helped me every step of the way!
