AT&T Store

I was helped immediately and Jose R. answered all of my questions. I needed a new phone and am traveling to Israel soon I needed to be assured I'd have cell service. Jose R. was pleasant and knowledgable.

Jose was super helpful and definitely deserves some credit for fixing a problem I’ve been having for months. I was suppose to get Fiber for my apartments but any time we asked about it they would often send us in loops. We decided to stop in at this location and after 30 minutes we were able to head home with a timeframe and high hopes! Can’t wait to enjoy that faster speeds since I work with video games

Soon as I walked in I was greeted. Needed accessories for my recent iPhone purchase. Sale's person gave a good recommendation on a screen protector & case. Also put the accessories on the phone which helped greatly. In & out less than 20 minutes

Jose was the best. He went the extra mile in helping me. He helped me with my charger in my vehicle and helped me set up my Bluetooth in my vehicle. Plus helping me pair my watch to my phone. Very pleasant and nice. I look for him when I go to AT&T. He’s the best!

Taylor Burba at the location off Walnut, Rogers provided me with exceptional customer service. Start to finish very professional. Will be coming back solely because of him for any other needs.

I went to the store to upgrade my iPhone to the iPhone 14 pro max. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, by Anthony. They had the phone and color in stock. Anthony set up my new phone in a timely fashion and helped me get my name and address changed since the ATT app has not saved this information every time I've attempted it. Anthony was friendly and personable and didn't try to change my mind in what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this store, and Anthony. Excellent customer service.

traded in 2 phones and was in and out in 90 mins. would have been less than 60 but there was a line. ask for Mike. he got us everything, knows the numbers, and got the new phones working in the store.

Mike worked with me for well over an hour to help switch my family lines around to a plan that was better for us. I am so thankful he was the associate that approached us. He was incredibly patient and kind, and truly went above and beyond what was necessary. Had I known there was someone like him there, I wouldn't have procrastinated taking care of it for so long. When I return, I'll specifically request him.

Went in to upgrade my old galaxy s9. Anthony was amazing! He was very helpful & insightful. He made upgrading so easy & convenient! I could not be any happier with my new s22 ultra & the accessories that he turned me on to! This is a great store with great people!

Store is fantastic and corporate own. Had a poor experience from one of the franchise stores in Bville. Came to this location and between Jordan and Mike they were GREAT helping myself and family to answer all questions and getting our new phones set up. Awesome Job Gents!

We went to upgrade our iPhone in AT&T on walnut street. Mike helped us upgrade the phones and also transfer the huge volume of data along with. The patience and professionalism shown by Mike was simply out of the world. He even stayed three hours post store closure on a Sunday eve to ensure our phone data was transferred. Thank you ,Mike for your service! You are a great asset to AT&T!

Taylor at the Rogers AR branch was absolutely the best very friendly and knowledgeable and quickly helped me get my new iPhone 14 and accessories you need more associates like him in your stores again 5 out of 5 stars for this young man !

I went to this store while in the area because I had some issues with my iPhone. The rep that helped me (Mike R.) was absolutely awesome! Mike, Zach and Mayra were absolutely phenomenal. I have avoided getting an upgrade for 4 years since it used to be a hassle but these guys were incredible, thorough, detailed and answered every single question I had. Above all, they were personable and had great attitudes. These guys are the faces of 5 star customer service!

Went to AT&T to upgrade my phone and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Joshua and taken to a table. He had a great attitude and was very helpful one of the quickest in and outs I’ve ever had at an AT&T store. He said he was from a Fayetteville store and drove all the way over to rogers in a snow storm to help out.

I came to this store to get help with issues I was having with my iPhone storage and Mike was great! He helped me set up my iCloud and also showed me how I could go about adding additional storage to my other apple devices. I’ll definitely be returning to this store when I decide to upgrade my iPhone and iPad. Thanks again Mike!

Laisha was super helpful and very nice. I didn’t feel like she pressured me into buying anything. Her manager Jorden was a very friendly guy and made sure all my needs were met before I left. Very nice team! They helped each other out a lot!
