Andrew at the UPS store on Courthouse road gave us exceptional service. He went above and beyond to help us. We are very thankful!

This is my go to store and they are always nice, just a few queues sometimes but nobody complains when there is no queue so Good job guys and keep up with the good work. Why do i see new faces everytime i go there?

Clean, efficient, and very friendly employees. They can solve many of my difficult shipping problems. Good people!

I've been coming here for years and most recently the last year started an ecom store so I am in here alot and they are very efficient and friendly and allways get my products to my customers on time

I took some Amazon & Costco returns here today. Saturday at about 4:45. There were about 3 customers ahead of me. The service was fantastic. They were fast & efficient. I was helped within 2 minutes & the young lady who helped me was nice & informative. She helped me understand how the process works. I had never returned things to either Amazon or Costco.
I was pleased with everything. The store looked immaculate & the 3 people I saw working were all professional and courteous. They didn't shrug at any of us last minute customers but were kind & smiling underneath their masks. I was especially glad to see they all were wearing masks correctly. They definitely made customers feel that safety was a priority for both the employees & customers.
It is by far the best service of any place I've been since the pandemic. In addition, I felt confident in their abilities to ensure the packages would get back to the shippers without any problems. I know that on this end of the process everything was done correctly. If I encounter a problem, it'll be at the other side of the return process.

I'd like to think this franchise gives benefits & pays their employees more than the chain stores & let's their coworkers make decisions. Perhaps all the coworkers share in a profit sharing program or a bonus program. One can only hope. I wish everywhere was running as smoothly and provided timely courteous service as this UPS store did today. There's something positive going on here that is clearly recognizable & it's a welcome change to feel at ease in a store.
I highly recommend this store based on my experience. It's clear that having enough quality co-workers makes all the difference in the world.
Perhaps I just got lucky but I want to thank these coworkers. They provided me with the best experience I've had in a retail environment in 2 years. Thanks for allowing me a stress-free experience. It's such a rare thing nowadays. I enjoyed my time at the UPS store because of the team of people working there this weekend. My only regret was not getting their names & thanking them each personally. So I'm Thanking You on Google.

Top notch service with pleasant personnel. Every time I go in to drop off a package, I am greeted warmly and professionally. All my packages are prelabeled and if there is a line and there is a free attendant, they notice and ask "are you just dropping off a package? Would you like a receipt?" Saves a lot of time. The folks that work at this UPS Store are very professional and polite. They offer their assistance, extend a warm greeting upon arrival and bid you a good day upon exit. I use The UPS Store for all kinds of services, not just shipping. I prefer this UPS Store to the Post Office. They can handle all my shipping, printing, Notary, faxing, and postage stamp needs. We ship a lot of packages (manufacturing business where package eight anywhere between 8 and 60lbs) and never once has the package not arrived at it's destination after it left The UPS Store at Four Mile Fork. I can't say the same for USPS. This UPS Store gets my business. Our customers are happy because they receive their product on time and undamaged. A+++

Emily is fantastic! I went in trying to return something and my return label wouldn't open or print. She was able to fix the issue and help me return the package. The whole process took less than 5 minutes! She was so friendly and helpful. I'm definitely making this my go-to UPS store!!! Thanks Emily!!

I've been going to this UPS store for about six years and have never had any problems. I started going here after taking a pre-paid return to a different pack-and-ship store, where they wouldn't give me a receipt for the drop-off since they weren't going to make any money off it. I took the same pre-paid return to this location and they asked me if I wanted a receipt.

Whether I'm dropping off something pre-paid or not, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. On two occasions I had a unique request and they were happy to help both times. The first one was an eBay sale where I wasn't quite sure about the buyer, so they let me take a picture of the box being closed up at the store with the product inside.

More recently I asked if I could drop off two rather large items outside of the store since I have a family member I need to protect from coronavirus. Emily told me the best day and time to arrive, verified my ID through my window, and grabbed the items from the back of my truck. When the shipping ended up being way more than I expected (probably my fault for not measuring more carefully), I was able to pick up the items again without having to enter the store. That was above and beyond.

After being turned away on Plank Road because the notary said she was no longer offering the service at 4:10pm, we came to this location. The notary here was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend coming to this location and not wasting your time at the Plank Road location.

Went into the ups store today and waited in line for a little bit but everyone was kind and it went quickly. All customers and employees were wearing masks which was great to see. Jesse and Hannah helped me send my package which is only supposed to take two days to get there! Overall great experience!

This particular UPS store is the best. The owner here is constantly working, and she has the nicest attitude and makes you feel welcome from the time you enter. I also go to this store to use their computer and print out items. I used to go to FedEx because it's right up the street from me, but that was a BIG mistake. I would get on their computer for 5-10 minutes max, print & scan a few documents, and get charged 15-25 bucks. At this UPS center, I can get on their computer for double/triple the time, print out way more documents, and not even get charged a fraction of the price FedEx charges. This rating is specifically for this store because of the excellent ownership.

Andrew is the best every time i go to this store he always welcoming with a smile and he goes above and beyond i think he should definitely get employee of the month keep up the good work Andrew

Hannah was super helpful and efficient! Have used this store a few times and it is always quick and easy and my packages arrive to their destination in no time! They follow the Covid guidelines and do their best to keep everyone safe!

This store made sending packages so easy. All the associates were fantastic, Hannah especially was very kind and helpful when dealing with my returns. This is now my go to place for returns and shipments!

The employees were very helpful, They informed me of the quickest and least expensive way to send back my package, Another they faxed my papers to real estate investment cheaper and quicker than Fed ex, Fed ex offered no customer y and support. Their prices were higher,
