Josh printed my personal history. He was very helpful and professional as we emailed the project and revisions until completion. He is an exceptional UPS employee who cares about his customers and is extremely knowledgeable. He should be recognized for going the extra mile and doing so with a smile!

This UPS store is the best one in the valley. Josh is one of the most professional hard-working people that Has ever worked at this location. Every time I come in, he has a smile on his face and is happy to help me. Some days it seems as if he is running the store on his own and it’s like he is ALWAYS there! He deserves a lot for all of this!

Efficient, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, reasonable pricing and informative. More importantly, OPEN for business when USPS was closed on Presidents’ Day (of course the day I needed to ship a package! Thank you for knowing my needs and expectations & being on top of your game!

His excellent customer service and patience helped me get through the process quickly, all while there was a long line behind me. The best UPS store!!! I have gone to other places to get fingerprints and they have not worked and the employees haven’t been helpful at all. The workers here were so nice and knew exactly what to do. I will be coming back!!!

Love this store! I could go to a UPS store closer to my house but I drive to this one because of the awesome customer service! Shout out to Josh! And there's another guy that works with him who is also awesome. I came into the store pretty frustrated with the cost of an Amazon return and Josh (I think) gave me a tip for how to request reimbursement from Amazon. My son was in texas temporarily and going to be living in Brazil for two years. I was told that it would be hard to get his package to him in Brazil due to mail theft there so the UPS store recommended getting the package to texas ASAP. I paid the big bucks to overnight it. The package made it by Friday and my son didn’t leave til Monday, but somehow the package didn’t make it to my son. I got a hold of Josh at the Sandy Utah UPS store. Josh has been incredible every step of the way! He has heard my concerns and has made it very clear that he understands the issue. Basically, we spent a lot of time, effort, and money getting the 12 days of Christmas ready for my son before he went away for two years. Josh has sympathized with me as well as take action to help resolve. The corporate UPS company did not honor the request in the end so Josh covered the amount that I had paid UPS from his own store. It’s tempting to tell white lies in corporate America, but Josh didn’t fall into the trap. He’s been real, kind, friendly, comfortable and gentlemanly through the entire process. I had a USPS package that I hadn't printed out the label for. The Post Office wouldn't take it without a label and so I came to UPS. Carmin was very helpful. She printed out my label, took the package and I was on my way in moments. Fast, friendly, and efficient.

I'd like to recognize excellent service. With customer service declining in many business sectors, it's refreshing to know employees like Taylor at the UPS Store in Sandy City still understands the value of meeting a customers needs. I highly recommend this store and its team.
