Was looking for a last minute Christmas tree for my mother in law and found one but it was one of two left that needed love.. Well we got offered a discount and all of a sudden an associate approached and told us they giving it to us for free!!! THANK YOU TO THEM... HAPPY HOLIDAYS⛄

I had one of the most amazing experiences in Home Depot. Today, Cynthia in tool rentals took my call and located the tool
I needed and told me they were there. Upon arrival, she was very warm and welcoming and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. She has been a team member for 4 years and in tool rental for one year.

I ALWAYS get good service at Home Depot. Unlike Lowe's (Gulfgate) the staff is always accommodating and cordial. I have STOPPED shopping at LOWE'S permanently! Home Depot seems to care about the customers.

1st time going to the store I went down all over the store enjoy the prices and buying brands never bought before

Got all of my landscaping and flowers from this location. Everything was in stock and there was a cashier in the lawn department. So, I didn't have to walk through the entire store to check out.

Bought a faucet on New year's day. They were open! Use self checkout for best convenience

Plenty of parking spaces and cashiers to help you. They have great deals on household items. They have a good selection of plants and mini trees outside their store.

I came in looking for a specific paint that my bossy son wanted for his bedroom. If you ask me, black is black (until I got too the paint department). The young lady was very patient, allowing me to FaceTime my son, ensuring we got the correct shade of black.

This rating mostly goes for the delivery service and handling the package. I order a Samsung. I had look for it at Best Buy but there were out of stock. Good thing Home Depot had them in stock and delivery was much more convient to be delivered sooner than many other appliances places. Please Like, Share and Follow. I know other Samsung refridgerators with the outside door ice/water dispenser have been repoerted with many manufactor issue with that but this doesnt have it. It only makes ice cubes but underneath in the fridge is where its process and its been over a 2 months with nonissues. You can control it with your cell bluetooth (on/off) I recommend this refridgerator and it looks great too!!JaysTrueRatings

The young lady and senior employee at the checkout were great. I have to say the star employee at lane 33 made my day. She helped me when I ask for a small item that I showed her from my cell. I then decided not to buy that item but bought a large box item that I decided to slide all the way to the front. The best part was I did not expected or even thought she noticed that because she was busy arranging some stuff...but there she was offering a cart 🚗 for me to not to struggle. Great customer service excellent employee.This employee even in here short age went above and beyond. May the Lord bless you all! I have to say the Bible says to serve others first that is so rewarding.
But it is better when you serve others when you have given your life to the Lord when your heart 💙 belongs to Christ, because you are demonstrating that love that God gave you first to others.Call upon the Lord while there is time.

Love it I found really lage sized dish soap for my family.

The employee who was helping me was genuinely helpful and caring to.

The staff is super friendly. A specific employee by the name of Marko Rodriguez didnt hesitate to help me out and also recommended other products for what I needed. He brought it to my car. He we super nice and positive attitude when I was telling him how frustrated I was with my project. Thanks Marko!
