Usually I don’t make reviews for Sally because I’d never had good experience with the costumer service, but at this time was very different. Amarilys is the best in this location. I went in the last 3 month, 3 times and always she be there, thanks God, very nice and she have the knowledge about the products, for me the most important thing. Thank you Amarilys for your wonderful service 😁

Best beauty supply in my neighborhood. This is my go-to Sally’s, they offer a great selection of hair products. My last purchase was a blowdryer, their inventory is overwhelming and found it difficult choosing the right one for me. One of the ladies, can’t remember her name listened to my needs and helped me select the right blowdryer in my budget. Thank you!

There is plenty of parking at this location. Overall great customer service. Will be back!

A few weeks ago I called for a few items on Miller/157th and couldn’t believe that they actually went and checked to see if they had the items. I was amazed! Previously, I’ve been to the store but have never felt so welcome. Upon arrival my items where there at the counter and Ms. Amarilis and Ms. Ingrid were there patiently awaiting. They were so kind, welcoming and assisting. I can’t THANK THEM enough 🤗 I will now be going to Sally’s if I need something extra since they made me feel so great! Thank you ladies! Employees were rude and my two previous experiences left me very upset. There was a lady working there that implied I was lying about the price, and yelled at me in front of customers. I even called the manager and showed her what I paid, thank God for Internet I was able to access my credit card statement and showed the manager and her that she was wrong. Unfortunate and embarrasing to say the least. I did not return for many months until yesterday.
I was so happy they have new employees who were friendly and courteous. Good job Sally executives!

Employees have the worst customer service. Rude and not helpful at all. Unfortunately this particular store in the one that is closest to my home. I only use it when I am limited on time.
