Excellent customer service! I haven’t upgraded my phone in years due to my fear of not getting all my content transferred on to my new phone but the representatives made the process painless and super easy! They were informative, diligent and efficient when it came to getting me a new iPhone. I highly recommend this location to all.

Tyrell took care of my wife as if she were his mother. When she called corporate, they said there were no discounts. Tyrell found some and upgraded her phone as well! Great service! Ask for him or Alijah!

Eric was incredibly helpful. My IPhone will no longer charge through the port (only wireless) and he set me up with a wireless charger and ordered me a new phone all within about 5 minutes. The cord for the wireless charger didn't seem to be working right (he even tested it out on his own phone) so he sent me home with a better one. Eric was very pleasant and professional.

Great team at this store! Eric and Sammy helped me with all my questions, presented me with different accessory options and I left the store with an upgraded phone. Was a quick and efficient process. Recommend this store highly.

D’Andre is a very helpful staff at this location - when I spoke with him in the store he was informative and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all questions I had about Verizon plans.

Alana is the BEST! Her costumer service and care about my needs was great. Not only did she help me step by step in store to set up my new phone, she came to my house just to make sure everything was working great! Definitely will come back to Verizon Waltham next time I need anything to do with electronics! Shout out to Josh!

My experience with Antonio was that he was pleasant and knowledgeable. I purchased my phone from him. Since it had to be shipped to the store, it was Moses that I picked it up from.He spent over two hours with me while my info transferred from my old phone. We were there beyond closing. I never felt rushed and had all of my questions answered by both of these young men. Thank you for making me feel comfortable with my purchase.

I have visited this place in the past, last year on 5/25/2021 for a new phone and today, 6/5/2022. Both times I had Yamil as my sales person.

Yamil is a pleasant, upbeat and energetic person who strives at his job. I bought my phone from him last year, and visited today thinking I needed a new phone (it was damaged). I remembered him from last year and we connected like it was yesterday

Yamil saved me the cost of a new phone by pulling off my damaged screen protector and showing me the (what i thought was a actual crack on my front facing camera) was the screen protector. As part of my plan, he installed a new screen protector for $5.30 and sent me on my way.

Despite the reviews on this place, and I understand everyone has their own reasonings, I will continue to go here as long as Yamil continues to work here.

Thank you Yamil for not only saving the cost of a new phone, but for all you do.
