After months of dealing with an issue with switching our plans, Mr. Sam got the issue resolved today 🙌🏽👏🏽👏🏽. He went above and beyond, provided excellent customer service, and had so much patience with the issue. I just want thank him for getting this issue fix. it was such a relief that it all worked out and got it taken care of. If you are ever needing to start service with Boost, I highly recommend this location and ask for the owner Mr. Sam. He got the issue resolve, my son was happy, now I will have peace 🧘🏽‍♀and it was a win win in my books.

On Easter Sunday while traveling for a family emergency, Chris was kind enough to get out of his vehicle and unlock his store to help me solve a huge issue. I can't thank him enough. I've always enjoyed great customer service from boost dealers, but Chris went above and beyond to help me in an emergency situation that was a game changer.
He also gave me great discounts on some merch and threw in an extra cord.
