Better off closed. It’s in a drug choked neighborhood like the Nylon plaza. It failed bc the city seems to care less about it ,and its just getting worse everyday. I won’t even go in this Royal farm store anymore on High St. where’s the security?

The best thing for this Royal Farms would be to close. Royal Farms are supposed to be open 24/7, this one isn't though and that should tell you all you need to know. I've walked out having to go to another Royal Farms more then I've walked out of there getting everything I came in there to get. Just yesterday they didn't have paper in the money order printer... like seriously??? They just need to fire everyone and go under new management. That would be the best start to saving this Royal Farms.

Seaford Royal Farms on the Highway Manager named Eric was over the top RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I was shorted money and he told me he had more important things to worry about. He could of tended to those very Important things after my issue was resolved. I Frequent this location Daily but I will take my business Elsewhere and with a different company. This guy needs to go through training again or be terminated.

It's literally across the street from a methadone clinic so all day everyday you have junkies in and out the store and all in the parking lot asking for change or trying to buy or sell dope, not the best place to pull in with kids. The staff are no better if their not on the junk themselves than their hospitality and customer service don't exist and don't know the difference when asked if the have any non ethanol gas just blank stares and confusion received just go to the one on RT13 if you have to go to a Royal Farms in Seaford

It is mandatory by governor that ALL establishments have their customers enter with masks or no service. I reported it to cashier and was told that the manager said she will not turn away any customers!! We are the #1highest state for this virus..governor should fine these establishments. We won't be able to end this if people don't take it seriously. I would love to get on with my life wouldn't you???!!!

I have given this Royal Farms many chances to redeem themselves. 1. Every time I've been there they never have coffee made. 2.They never have creamer out. 3. Don't have receipt paper when I get gas. Always have to to go inside and ask. They said they don't know how. These workers need to be retrained. 4. Outside are tables and people sitting around them smoking when it clearly is posted not to do this. The smoke hit you in the face when entering and exiting.

The gas pumps (keyboards) are always broken. Put in your ZIP code it says and # button 1 when pressed brings up a 6 on the screen. I told the cashier and they tell me " yeah that happens on 1, 3 & 8 pump too" 🤣🤣. Get it fixed , that 7 days ago and it's still happening today 7 days later. Dumb really dumb.
