Greeter at Lowe's, Marsha, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She left her station 2 find someone 2 help me with my hardware issue and made sure that I had the correct item. Very satisfied customer. She made my trip inside that I was dreading, fast and friendly.

Just wanted to give a big shoutout for the excellent service that was provided to me from two employees at the Seaford, De store.
Melissa and Ronnie went above and beyond to take care of me, even when my phone call went past closing time.

They always have what I need, or what my significant other needs! The staff are friendly as well. I do like buying my Kobalt equipment from there, it's my favorite brand.

Seaford, DE store. We needed help buying parts to fix the piping for the new water heater we bought. We couldn’t figure out what we needed. Bobby helped us for a good amount of time and it wasn’t even his department. He was very patient with us and we wouldn’t have been able to find what we needed without his help. Thank you so much Bobby!

To be completely honest, I really dislike this particular Lowe's. However, I reluctantly went here today to purchase an air conditioner, and I needed assistance for some concerns I had.
Bob W. was not only helpful, but very professional and personable. What makes it even more remarkable is the fact that the store was obviously under-staffed, yet Bob W. took the time to help me. This store needs a Bob W. in a management position and no doubt things would improve for EVERYONE; customers and employees alike.

Tried to buy paint for my porch. I was looking at paint when an associate asked if she could help me. I told her I wanted brown,she said it would have to be tinted as they only had gray. Then she left. I got a base paint and picked my color. She said she couldn't do that color and brought me a chart of the colors she could do. I picked another color then she said she didn't have the right base?!?

I had one of my best shopping experiences at the Lowes in Salisbury, MD. I was approached by Orissa, who did a great job explaining in detail about each plant I was interested in. Then Melissa helped me with my selection of plants, also giving me some great advice. These two were amazing and very helpful.

Lowe's is the perfect place to get all your honey due supplies.......

A good place to get what you need to fix your home. They can even have it installed for you.

They understand the importance of "curbside pick up" to those of us that can't get around inside the store. And they are well stocked and fast to bring items out to your vehicle. My go to store !

Employees are easy to find & helpful. The customer service line can sometimes be a very long wait, as well as needing anything from a top shelf, but I don’t think this is the fault of the employees on the floor. Definitely prefer this Lowe’s over others

Had what I wanted and the curbside pickup was great

great place, vet discount, and it ISN'T HD!! People are nice, some will mark stuff down while you are talking to them! Always a joy to spend money which will show the results.

Plumbing guy is helpful but if you do not ask he doesn't engage further. And of you do not know what you are doing how would you know what to ask. Watch some YouTube videos before you go to at least have a clue.

As a disclaimer, I retired from Lowe's 7 months ago, but have no "love" for the company. That said, I did have a pleasurable experience on this visit. This is not the store I worked for, so, no one knows me there. When going through some boards a lumber associate asked if I needed help. I didn't. But thanked him. A few minutes later, I couldn't find something and asked a pricing clerk for help and he did and was nice about it. The Pro Services cashier was really nice and even honored a mis-priced item. It seems this store has it all together for the customer experience.

We came in contact with the best staff today!!!! The cashier was great, helpful and friendly and the 2 guys that helped us get the insulation off the top shelf were so friendly and helpful! So great to have a good experience there!

Wow. Was able to get a value size soap here for my dishes. Well worth the trip. Short lines, easy check out process. Store clean and organized well.

So... This is a typical Lowe's store... That being said I'm writing this review on the lady that works there named Brenda who helped me out when my Lowes card couldn't be read because obviously I need to get a new one. She went above and beyond to make my transaction go through. Thanks Brenda!
