Market Basket

Stopped in for lunch. It was hard to decide what to try, since all looked good. I decided to try the fish, which was beautiful fillets. While she was boxing the fish, I saw that gumbo was on sale, so I got that also. The lady was very helpful. Both were excellent! It will be a regular stop when I am in the area.

Best place for boudin and sausage. Any market basket period. If you have one in your area become a market basket rewards member and make sure to stock up on all the boudin and sausage. They have tons of varieties and worth the price.

I like Market Basket. They have great deals on many of their items. You can find great discounts.

Comparable prices to walmart, and even had some things that walmart didn't.

Since the store was remodeled, it is clean and well laid out. The selection of products is great, and the prices are generally lower than some other markets in town.

Love store but someone stole my cellphone Sat night around 7:15pm and they acted like they didnt even care whoever took the carts in is one who got my phone fire that thief

Bravo for coming back and doing so so well. The refreshed Market Basket in Southgate has a new look and feel and many of the old faces that welcomed you before the storms. The supermarket is much more user friendly with service and restrooms in the front, a walker-friendly floor surface that cushions every step, and improved department offerings all over the store: more veggies, more selections, and wider aisles. It's a winner and it's local! --MB is out of Nederland Texas and has been a mainstay in LC for at least 4 decades!

I like this Market Basket. The cashiers are friendly and fast and they are quick to help you with carrying your bags to your vehicle.
Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Their selections are good and they have beautiful vegetables.

I haven't shopped in Market Basket in a very long time but I went there today because my brother wants rabideaux sausage so I went there to pick them up and everyone was friendly the store was nice and well stock and they have the best fried chicken ever in their Deli they have awesome awesome food and their meat department is absolutely gorgeous so if you have a chance go out and check out Market Basket in Lake Charles Louisiana on Ryan Street
