I visited this store the day before Thanksgiving to make a return and although the selection is sub par, I will say that the customer service has improved the past few months. I wanted to leave a review because I was impressed by Lavar’s efforts & patience. He not only assisted his colleagues at the checkout counter, he also helped with the removal of sensors from customers purchases who were ringing at the door, Simultaneously. It seemed that he was training them as well, I’ve worked retail before so I know it can be a lot especially during the holidays and prestocking for BF, but he never loss his patience or superior level of customer service. However, this store needs serious help with their clothing selection.

I haven't shopped here in years. Imagine my pleasant surprise when I walked in today and was slapped in the eye by the cute clothes and clearance prices at the register. Happy shopping day for me. After holiday shopping is retail therapy I like.

i was looking for an outfit and Jade (i think thats how you spell her name) helped me and made me feel confident in buying the outfit! she is very friendly! give my girl a promotion lmao

What makes this store special is that you can find something for any occasion. And while H&M is marketed towards Gen Z, 30s and 40something's can grab an article of clothing from here that will surely work for them. Worth the trip to this store.

Great atmosphere, great employees, and what a deal on fashionable clothes! Even kids clothes, shoes, etc. I'm blown away!
