The staff is very helpful and know their inventory very well. They all go out of their way to find what products I am looking whenever I can’t find them on my own. I am encouraged that your company has such good staffing and that you retain stores are open so that I can interact in person with a human for my purchases rather than be forced onltbto a chat and AI communications.

Walking into the store, I was greeted by associate Dalton. Coming into the store I did not know if OfficeMax offered the printing services I was looking for. After speaking with Dalton, he provided me with exactly what I was looking for. The exceptional service provided by the associate was world class. As an accountant by trade, I am somewhat a perfectionist and believe at times I am difficult to work with, but Dalton was able to accommodate all my specific requests throughout the transaction. I will 100% come back to this location.

I recently visited the OfficeMax store in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The staff was cheerful and knowledgable. I was helped with sending my FedX packages and the additional purchases I made. The staff were very helpful and professional with my needs! I will return to make future purchases. To all the staff, thank you!

On my most recent visit I found the speciality paper products dwindling on the store shelves. Come on corporate, stock the shelves for those of us who still like to physically shop in the store. There is no substitute for touching and feeling the products I'm interested in buying!

I went in today to purchase ink cartridges and my battery decided to die in my car. While I was waiting for the tow truck, they took my bag of groceries and put them in the fridge, offered me water and a place to sit and wait. Customer service above and beyond! Thats why I continue to go back!

I have had a few print jobs done at this Office Max location. Last time, I had a few resumes printed for an upcoming interview. When I got home, I found this note in my bag. It was a simple gesture that went a long way and completely warmed my heart. Thanks Tiffany!

I have shopped at one of your competitors and it seems like they are out of everything I need. I get a discount with them so that is why I was going with them first. But it is not worth it to go and not get what I want. So, I go to OfficeMax and get what I want most of the time. I work at a church, and I have to watch what we spend on items. It would be nice to get a 10% off of our purchases if that is possible. Thank you

I visit Office Max pretty often because they have great prices but I also received exceptional customer service from Luka. I was having trouble printing my Christmas cards and was in distress, Luka could have walked right past me but she noticed and stopped and ask what was going on. Luka was able to fix my problem, was so kind, and went above and beyond for me. Customer service isn’t always easy but Luka has great customer service skills and for that I will continue to keep coming back to this location! Thank you and great job Luka!

At checkout, the sales clerk started to talk about the protection plan. I told he I didn't want it. He said it was free. When I got home and looked at my receipt, I found a charge for a protection plan. Deceptive sales practice a bit turn-off.

Update: Mgr contacted and advised that this was a correct promotion but sorry it wasn't explained fully to me. Yes, there was a charged for the protection plan on the receipt but there were promotion items that subtracted it from the total. Thanks for the prompt attention and info.
