Outstanding service at UPS Store 0247! Cindy and the team went above and beyond to assist me with a challenging situation. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Highly recommended!

Busy parking lot shared by neighboring shops but they have 3 assigned short 10-15 minutes parking spaces right in front of their store. Minutes away from home so its the perfect spot for my Amazon returns and drop offs . The staff are great, fast and attentive. Other UPS stores that I used were understaffed and I would have to wait because of the line in front of me.

I gotta give it a 5 star. I arrived at 6:32 pm, 2 minutes after their close time, and William was nice enough to let me finish my shipment which was super important. This was extremely nice from him and the entire UPS team. Truly appreciated the help!

Came here not know what I was suppose to do and came out a pro. Haha Located next to the Japanese market on Harbor so it was super convenient.Melvin here is so great. He was so nice and patient and helped me send a few things. Thanks UPS and Melvin.

Love using this store for my shipping needs, they make it so easy and are always very helpful. Close to where I live, I have been coming here for 30 years, never a problem. Staff is very capable and friendly, parking is usually right up front and available, you may have to park in the shopping center lot on busy days but, not likely. I was in and out of there today in under 15 minutes had to return a package, they made it to easy. Awesome !

Staff and manager are very helpful and professional. Needed to securely pack and ship a heavy and expensive office item out. They are very service oriented and knowledgeable. They made the task a breeze to complete. This will be my new GO TO number 1 UPS store. The reserved parking right out front was very convenient for this rather big and heavy item where quality packaging prep was key. Cheers!

This UPS store has excellent customer service!. Fast, friendly, and efficient.

Brought in a heavy, oddly shaped item and the staff was very helpful in figuring out the appropriate boxing situation. The staff was also super friendly. I didn’t get any names but it was a Thursday at ~3:30 p.m. PDT. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

You know .. YMMV. I felt I had to write a review for this place because... I have never had an issue, i have always done basic shipping here. Staff has been friendly. I never needed them to go out of their way for me, but they have always been cordial. I cannot speak about the other reviews - an employee here 2 years ago, or the notary issues? However, I felt that I should balance out the reviews a little bit with this one and hope those issues are in the past.

I had the customer helper named, Sean. He was very sweet and helped me through my confusion. He told me what would be easiest and we sent all of my Christmas gifts really quick. I would go here again, especially if Sean can help a girl out again :)

Love this ups store everyone that works here is so nice and patient, they are really quick too! There's another ups store closer to my house but I come to this one because how great they are!!

I ship regularly for work and personal projects. Always attentive, helpful service. And fast. I also love the dedicated parking spaces right in front of the door - it can be a crowed parking lot.
