Sooo convenient for a neighborhood store. Parking is great plus convenient. Employees work and operate efficiently and quickly especially if their is an type of line. Bottom line you are still in and out of the location in minutes. Happy customer, the job gets done efficiently and generally (zero to no) delivery issues!!! (( Hey, That’s Only My True Honest Opinion … Steve )))

Staff is Always accommodating and professional. They work quickly to make sure that customers do not have to wait on line for too long. And, they always resolve any issue or problem that may arise in the store/with the customers’ return process.

Staff was super helpful and patient when my phone wasn’t cooperating to get the QR codes. Will definitely be back with all my Amazon returns.

Fast service. No fooling around in store, no wasting time making customers stand around. Workers working hard, saying hello asking how your doing is an important element in a UPS Representative asking people/customers feel like they care about your everyday issues. Make you feel right at home. Also if you have large packages they'll assist you with them with the cart or they'll laon it for you to get packages yourself if you do chosebsonthey continue their exceptional serive.

I was helped today 11/20/2023 by Nick. While waiting to be helped I noticed how polite he was with everyone he assisted. I ended up being helped by him as well and he was just as kind and efficient. Made this visit very pleasant.

Great UPS Store. Friendly, courteous knowledgeable and very helpful. Lines move quickly and it’s a pleasure doing business with them. I drive out of the way to do my shipping at this location.

Quick easy process whenever I visit. Professional and respectful. This store’s staff is much more pleasant compared to another location in staten island.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I never write reviews however I had to take the time and thank the whole staff at the UPS store on Richmond Ave, especially Joe, Vin and Tim. My wife and I have returns almost every week and every time they go above and beyond to assist us. We are those customers with multiple packages and we always feel horrible returning so much but we always walk out with a smile. Today we walked in right before closing and we were a little unorganized. Joe, Vin and Tim not only assisted with the returns we had some real nice conversations that made the whole experience amazing. They were extremely patient and that goes a long way for a true great customer experience. Thanks guys, keep up the great work and I’m sure my wife will keep up getting returns. Always a pleasure. Your store definitely surpasses my expectations and you made return customers for life.

No matter the day the time, or how long the line is, the UPS Store at 3261 Richmond Ave, is always so organized, so efficient, professional and polite. 5 stars for them!

On most days they are quick. But I have never had an issue with a return delivery. The staff is pleasant and help the customers.

UPS store on Arthur Kill Rd on Staten Island is a very friendly and efficient place to do your business needs and returns.

The ease of amazon returns are wonderful. Even when there is a line it moves fast. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Angie is the best clerk. I go on Tuesday because I know she is there and she will be happy and efficient and start my day off with a smile 🥰

I’m a frequent customer at this UPS location. I’m in here multiple times a week for my small business. I wouldn’t be able to do what I do without your staff being so efficient and helpful. Especially Tim and Jack, those guys are both the best, I’m never not in and out because of those guys, they’re both absolute elite employees.

Where do I start? I am FAR from computer savvy and I had some very important documents to print. Frustrated with Staples I decided to give this UPS store a try. SO happy I did!!! The customer service I received was beyond excellent! Josh John and Yahia are the absolute BEST! Went totally above and beyond to help me and made sure every single thing was printed for me! I HIGHLY recommend this store and these three service reps!!!!!
