Logan from flooring was such a great help in getting me to select the correct tiles for my shower and floor. He has helped me before and he has a wealth of knowledge. He is always courteous and responsive to any questions. He is an excellent employee.

Jose and Pedro went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right stain for my floors. Could not have done it without their professionalism, knowledge, and patience! Thank you Jose and Pedro for a great experience!

🚪The only wrong thing with this place is everything,lol you cannot go to a low's and not find what you're looking for, Lowe's provides everything you need for your home improvement do not put in your mind that you're going to buy one item because it's not going to happen, you will end up leaving with 20 bags🛒 this is a great location for The Woodbridge community love it!!!🪑

John from plumbing is great! I called with some questions and he was very kind and super informative and stayed super polite even through all my dumb questions and gave me some really good advice.

This location is big and has a large parking lot. The workers are friendly and very helpful. This particular visit was to purchase paint. The associate at the paint department was knowledgeable and absolutely helpful. Answered all our questions and guided us. The best part is that it is pet friendly ! Bhazi approves ! Four paws up !

In this store there are variarity of things, plus I was helped by the super friendly staff member Jonathan which showed us options of what we were looking for. I totally recomend Lowes at Woodbridge location.

I had to purchase a dimmer and face plate. The associates in electrical dept. Were very helpful. Also the lady at self checkout was very helpful to page the associates to help me out with my purchases. Thank you.

It was a great experience, we went to Lowe’s Woodbridge NJ. Very happy with the service provided by staff especially Lenny who helped us in cutting the wood planks, he guided us in correct measurements and helped in fixing the problem, Great work Team

Great place, helpful and friendly staff. A large variety of products to choose from, and very well stocked and maintained. Though I wish they could keep more items in stock, amidst this pandemic, it is becoming increasingly hard, so I understand. overall 5/5.

It's a Lowe's like most others. However, I found it to be clean, friendly and welcoming. I was easily able to find what I was looking for and the associates are eager to help.

It was both surprising and refreshing to find a retail store, these days, with young employees who are actually willing to work.

The Garden Center at Lowe's has a great garden center with a lot of variety of plants.

The customer service here was great. Daveon went above and beyond to help my husband and I. We were looking for a grill we found at lowes online, but we were unable to find it in the store. Daveon spoke with his manager about not finding the item when another customer inquired about it previously and thankfully they had just assembled some. He brought one out to us and also disassembled a part so we could fit it in our vehicle. Thank you Daveon for the great customer service!

Always get plants from here.. wide variety range, reasonably priced and good quality. so far the plants I have brought from here have never had any issue like root rots or any other diseases.

A well run Lowe's. Staff has always gone out of their way to offer help finding things, selecting products, and checking out.

We had recently been looking for a new Christmas tree. Our local store in Holmdel didn't even bother looking for us. However, when I called this Woodbridge store, a woman by the name of Chris, helped me and even pulled one tree over to the Customer Service Desk and put it on hold with my name to pick up that evening. We got to the store went to the desk and another young lady asked me if I was Marie and directly brought the tree out and then called over another young man to help us bring to our car. Excellent service, great work ethics, which is hard to find these days, and professional attitude! Great assets to your store!!!!! Thank you!!! Please tell your associates I said thank you!

Julia at the garden center has always been great! nice to share butterfly talk with her. she had helped me last year with buying some host plants for caterpillars. she has a good heart for them!

I recently purchased kitchen appliances from Lowes at Woodbridge, NJ. Very happy with the Customer Service, especially Chris (Christopher M) from appliances department. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Keep it up Lowes and Chris.
