AT&T Store

Excellent customer service. It was so refreshing to be inside an ATT store that takes the time to listen to your needs and address them by contacting the head office and walking you through the entire process when you are not purchasing a phone. It was excellent old fashioned customer service. They were so patient and friendly including the store manager. I think the entire team is new.

Walked into the store and was immediately greeted upon arrival with a warm welcome. Amir was great and provided me with all the correct information and great service. I felt mildly uncomfortable by Arif who was hovering and I felt as if he was trying to steal Amir’s sale. Other then this it was an amazing experience and all my questions where answered.

Our wait was not long at all, your employee Taelor did an excellent job he went over and beyond helping us with our needs and wants, we were extremely satisfied with his interaction with my family. Most definitely a great salesman and people person. I would rate him a 10 if I could. Will always ask for his help whenever I visit.

Sam the manager was so patient with us and told and showed us all of the options we were eligible for for my son's phone upgrade. I've been dealing with Sam for about 3 years now and he never disappoints . Always professional and honest and goes out of his way to make customers happy with the AT&T experience by the time they leave. He's one of the reasons why my family has been and will continue to be At&T customers for a long time to come.

Bought my last 4 iPhones at this retailer..they're super friendly & can honestly say they are very knowledgeable & helpful. They don't try to force you into anything which I love. I'm going in tomorrow to pick up my new iPhone that the salesman offered to personally pick up from another store location. They're awesome!

Arif THANK YOU!!! We had issues while port-out from existing provider to AT&T and it took more than 2 hours to get there. He was very extremely patient and dedicated to his work and made sure the transfer was successful. Great Service !!! Highly recommend

The best, after weeks of waiting in lines and on the phone, at company retail stores. It was so refreshing to see someone making customer service a priority. Sam and his team are tops, providing the personal attention you will not get at big box authorized retailers.
