Had the part I needed in stock and the gentleman that helped me was great. It seems to be rare these days that ppl in customer service positions have the disposition and qualities needed to be in customer service, so when I come across someone that is genuinely pleasant to interact with I'm happily surprised at this point!

Not all Advanced Auto stores have knowledgeable "car guys" but are simply "parts pullers". The guy here was definitely an exception. Very knowledgeable and just a genuine nice guy.

Great place. Always super clean. The employees are VERY knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this store if you need windshield wipers and or a car battery because they come out and install them for you. I highly recommend this store because of the employees.

They just don't try to sell you stuff. Staff is very helpful .3 times in the winter while shoveling snow off my windshield the clip came off wiper. Went in they checked it popped it back on, without the bull you get about getting a new one when you really don't need it.

I love shopping at Advance Auto Parts they always have what you're looking for if they don't have it in stock they get it very quickly for you. Also if you do your homework and go online you can order your parts they're usually with a coupon or discount and pick them up the same day. I would recommend Advance Auto Parts to anybody.

Typical experience when you go to an auto parts store. They always have what I need to keep my 17yr old luxury car running. They have multiple locations in the area, but this on is by far my favorite.

We were on vacation & we lost our gas cap key a locksmith wanted to charge us $200 to break it off luckily the great workers at advanced auto let us borrow a flathead screwdriver and we were able to pop the gas cap off & they sold us a new gas cap for $16. I want to give a big thanks to your helpful & understanding workers!
