Tops Friendly Markets

Clean store, well stocked. I liked that there were a couple of tables in the deli section where you can sit and eat. Clean bathrooms are always appreciated. If you’re visiting, you can get a chocolate buffalo to take home.

Wonderful job remodeling. Different kind of atmosphere now. More of an already expanded choice (new Different products).

Great store. Shopped here for 27 years. Everyone is very helpful. Virginia is the BEST! I've never had any huge problems. John, the people greeter. He is a wonderful man. Cheerful, these Best!

Signs of trouble deli guy was stressed out. Shelfs needed stocking. Cashier in the only pay lane was self absorbed and rude.

Went to their pharmacy for the first time. And I have to say they are so kind and understanding. I have so many issues and they didn't talk down to me like other pharmacies I have use in the past. I am switching to them permanently. Thank you Tops Pharmacy!

Well stocked & with a heavy volume of customers due to the blizzard by next morning the staff & employees were seen working hard with multitasking witnessed. Awesome experience!

Cleanest and most spacious grocery store I've ever been in.

Short of telling the whole story I had an issue with a product and a cashier all in the same visit. It was a very unusual experiance, I never had a bad experiance here before. I was extremely happy with the outcome after talking with the store manager. She was more than kind and I walked away very content that she handled my situation as professionally as she did. Happy customer right here!

Love shopping at this location...nice big store and when you get inside it's so nice and quiet...love walking around taking my time without being distracted.

It is a smaller quite busy Tops. But the staff is great, though the item selection is a bit limited. Great Deli and Bakery nice Produce. Along with many non food and seasonal items. It is also a 10 minute walk from my house.

Sad things happen to Tops but a lot of great things have happened to Tops too like When that manager dragged my friend out and didn't give him a choice between Hyde and seek

Ive always loved Tops. They are very accomodating and not too big to find items. We get our scripts at their pharmacy also. They are so knowledgable and efficient. Great pharmacists here!

I have been shopping there for over 10 years at their stores in Lockport and Amherst. I am comfortable there and use one of their motorized carts. Their produce is very good and their meat assortment is fresh as well as any seafood availabile. The stores are not so big that you feel overwhelmed. Prices are competitive.

For the most part, they usually have everything I go in for or an adequate substitute. Store is clean and not overcrowded. Everyone has masks on, so I feel comfortable shopping there.

Polite quick shelves stocked not anything that I needed that was empty shelves the eggs were all intact and I checked a few of them they have a good quality section of deli meats and also fish and such forth and the deli employees are very helpful as far as picking up something for you that you might not know

Always a great place to shop for my groceries. And very friendly employees as always.
