Mavis Discount Tire

Came in with a brake issue and they diagnosed and provided me with great service. I wasn’t ripped off which is always the worry when getting car repairs done. Manager Jon was great and the mechanic, Vaden, were great. After they started the job they realized there was an underlying issue not visible before starting. Ended up not needing some work they originally thought was needed. Other places may have done the original job and added the new found work to it. These guys were honest and great. Highly recommend them.

I came in for an alignment, and the staff was super helpful and so nice! Left with a new battery and alignment for a very cheap price! I will definitely be back. a great place for females who don’t know much about cars

Needed new brakes, rotors, and calipers - was able to get in the same day I called, work was completed within an hour, and the staff was helpful. Price was very fair considering the extent of work done to my vehicle. Thanks guys!

On 12/8/23 my wife called me and was getting a low pressure alarm in the car she was driving. She was 40 mins from me and had an hour to spare to get to another event that day. After a quick look I told her to stop into this Mavis location. Even though they were busy, they squeezed in a quick look at the tire, found a nail, made the repair for $21 and got her back under way so she didn't have to miss her event. Thanks for squeezing her in, honestly looking at it and not trying to get her to pay for more than she needed. It is appreciated! She had a great experience and we would recommend them again!

The North Tonawanda Store made my visit great. Paul and the Assistant Manager Jon made my experience easy and affordable. They really went out of their way to make sure it as satisfied with the work and what I wanted done. If you need tires and maintenance done give the Mavis Discount tire on Payne Ave in North Tonawanda a chance to earn your business, they definitely did right by me.

All workers were very nice and fast working. John was extremely helpful and even gave many options on different tires and even personal preference. All employees are great!

Great that they were open on the weekend, find that alot of local tire places are closed on weekends. Got an appointment online same day, took me in early and resolved my tire issue. Very friendly atmosphere and informative. Thank you!

This is the only shop I trust! I've been coming here for a little over 7 years! All of the guys working here are amazing! I just recently brought my car in for breaks, struts and tires. It did take a little longer than originally expected but that's only bc my car is a pain in the butt. Jon, Josh and Vaden were such a great help! They went more than above and beyond to make sure all of my issues were addressed and fixed. The work did take quite a while but they were nice enough to call and give me updates during that time. Vaden was the one who did the work and I really appreciate the fact that he didn't treat me like I'm just a dumb girl who knows nothing about cars. He gave it all to me straight up and was honest about all the work that did and did not need to be done. Jon, Josh, and Corey were extremely helpful as well and answered all my crazy questions. Noone at this shop takes advantage of you or tries to price gouge and that is so rare now a days! I will always take my car here to them and I would recommend anyone else to do the same!

Had a great experience there! I called the night before and they were kind enough to take me the very next morning right when they opened. Very quick with our tire installation.
Such warm and friendly men who work there. I think one of them was named Vaden and I’m sorry if I got that wrong. I didn’t catch the other names, but I went on 12/20 at 8am so whoever was there, fantastic job! Will be back for sure :)

All of them were attentive got the job done 4 new rubbers mounted and balanced with alignment walked out with additional info with possibilities of parts that aren't in great shape that need replacing for free. With a great tire warranty thank you. Looking forward to future jobs.

This location came to the rescue today. I noticed the low tire light was on so I drove to the gas station to fill it up and saw the nail… ugh! I went to Mavis and they fixed it immediately. I was back on the road in about 15 minutes ready to tackle all the Christmas traveling events. Thank you!! 😃

This is the best, most honest shop around. Fast, effective and informative. I highly recommend them for any of your vehicles issues. It's hard to come by now a days and they blow everyone out of the water!
