Great prices. Friendly and very helpful staff ! My son’s pick up broke down after fueling up. The associate on duty helped up push it to a safe area where the tow truck driver could load it up. Many thanks 🙏🏻

This review pertains to exchanging a Blue Rhino Propane Tank.
About two months ago (June 2021) the cost of an exchange was
around $23.00 which was about three dollars more than Lowes.
I was okay with the extra three dollars since Al Prime is closer to my house than Lowes. Today (9/7/21) the price for a Blue Rhino tank exchange is $30.00!
I went to Lowes where the price is $19.97! I won't be going to Al Prime for propane or gasoline any more.

Just had an issue at Al Prime in Marshfield, MA where the cashier would not sell me a USB cord for my phone which I desperately needed. I did not wanna have to stop somewhere else. The item would not scan and the cashier did not know enough about the register to put in the item manually so I said oh I guess I just don’t get it and I left to pump my gas as I was pumping my gas the store owner called me four times even though I was waving to him trying to tell him “yeah I’ll be right there.” I assumed he had solve the problem and was now able to sell me the USB cord. So I went in and he says or the price is 4.99 which I can plainly see because there’s a sticker on the front of the USB display case. I put five dollars and a quarter on the counter and say yeah that should do it and he puzzles over the register again unable to put in the item and just start saying he’s sorry to me. At this point I am frustrated and I ask him why he called me back in. I tell him he is wasting my time. He finally lets me have the USB cord as I have left the money on the counter already I say I have already paid you over what the item is worth with tax and I really need this I won’t be returning it I don’t need a receipt. I have been a cashier many times and what I think you are supposed to do is accept the money and figure out how to solve the clerical problem later but you satisfy the customer and you never refuse to sell anything that you have displayed for sale. This man needs some more register training I can’t imagine how many people he’s done this to USB cords or something people pick up often I gas stations.
