Staples in Frankfort. Alex was helpful at the register and called a Manager for me when I needed a specific item yesterday that I could not find on the store shelves. John came up and when I explained my situation took the time and attention to go in back and find just what I needed and even brought me a few choices. It is customer service like this that will keep me a loyal customer ... especially in today's climate when doing your best to take care of a customer seems to be lacking in so many fields. Thank-you again John !!!

Looks like any other staples, and the workers are very nice. I was greeted coming in the store and I was offered assistance to look for something if needed. I used the UPS drop off point and it was a simple interaction. Great store, great employees and good customer service.

I went to the Staples in Frankfort to transfer watercolor painting patterns onto watercolor paper. The paper was 1/2” to wide and 1” to long so the clerk at the print shop section A-A-Ron took the watercolor paper and cut it down to a size the printer could recognize. He cut 8 sheets and printed all my patterns on the paper in no time. All during his working on my project he was polite, had a terrific positive attitude and worked fast and efficiently. He had a lot of knowledge on the in-store printers. I watched him provide service/advice to another customer and he continued to be a “real pro”.
This young man is a keeper and a great asset to this store.

* Brian is very professional and was absolutely courteous to check in-store item’s availability utilizing minimal information provided via phone.
* Manager Joey is super professional, knowledgeable, polite, beyond helpful, precise, and blessed with such soothing voice. He is definitely one in the million.
Staples hit the jackpot when Joey and Brian came through their door .

Clean store. Employees were pleasant. Had a $10 coupon code sent to my email, but never received it. Manager took care of it after explaining situation.

I've been coming to this store for years and I will continue to choose it over any office supply store (even other Staples stores). The staff is friendly and helpful and Eddy is the best technical man I've known. Do yourself a favor...if you live near this store try it!
