Pet Supplies Plus Ashburn

The staff here are really nice and accommodating to our pups. We regularly bring our dogs there and use their self-service dog washing stations. They always have fresh towels and the water is the perfect warm temperature. They have several dog shampoo options including hypoallergenic, oatmeal, deodorizer, and shampoo with conditioner. Sometimes there’s a wait time but I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes. You can also prepay for dog baths and they give you a card that you show each time you return. You get one bath for free if you buy it at the time you give your dog a bath.

Aside from their bath station, they have a wide array of pet food, treats, and other supplies. There’s always plenty of parking and the facility is clean. My dog accidentally did a messy #2 there and I was so embarrassed. I was trying to clean it up but the staff came to the rescue and didn’t make me feel like a pesky customer who couldn’t control my dog’s bowel movements. I was very grateful.

This store is smaller than chantilly. Apparently they have a mobile vet here that you can take your pets to. I came here for some Earth Animal chicken Jerly that is on sale, and my girls eats about 1 bag a day. They also have the aquarium Graceland vacuum which they have.

We love using the self-service dog wash! The clerks are always so knowledgeable and friendly! They have tons of options and a great rewards program!

Customer service is excellent. Used the self dog bath service and it was equipped with everything you need, including a plastic apron to protect your clothing. Reasonable prices, too.

Had everything I needed which was reptile and cat supplies. They also sell sell dog, fish, and small animal supplies. They are in the same plaza as Harris Tetter right next to the party store and DSW shoe store. I do wish you guys sold frozen food items like bloodworms, brine shrimp, krill, etc. I usually have to go to petco to get that and that's a farther drive for me.

I always enjoy stopping in here.

The staff are super friendly and make sure they ask if you need anything upon entering the store.

They have vet services that are there on certain days and the prices are really good when it comes to what the vet offers!

They have a place to wash your pets in the back. A do-it-yourself wash room that seems really nice. (I haven't used it yet)

Always very clean and plenty of parking and you can bring your pets inside the building!

Went here to use the self serve dog wash after a VERY muddy walk through the woods. Employees were super helpful. They showed me where all the supplies were and explained how everything worked. They provide towels, aprons, brushes, shampoo & conditioner and a blow dryer (which I didn't use because my dog started shaking in fear as soon I turned it on). The high tub was occupied. Turned out to be a dog we knew from our rally obedience class, which made this experience even better! Picture of Annie in the low tub.

Great pet store with an excellent selection of dog toys and collars! You can expect a bit more variety than Dog Gone Natural! The staff here is also super friendly and helpful, plus FREE members get free treats to take home for their dogs!

Great staff. Always friendly. Great sales. Great coupons and reward program! Great selection! I shop at Centreville & Ashburn because Fairfax closed. Both are exceptional and no surprise. Been a faithful and exclusive shopper for over 5 years.

This is an amazing pet store! I love everyone who works at this store. They are all super helpful and will answer all your questions with patience.
And of course my dog loves to go here, since he gets loads of love and treats from any and every employee at the store.

Great store with great options. Staff is always helpful.

This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised and how big and well stocked the store was. I was able to find items that I have only been able to find at one other pet store. The employees were very friendly and made sure I was able to find what I was looking for. When I was ready to check out there was no cashier up front but the closest employee who saw me immediately stopped what he was doing and checked me out quickly. I will be returning to the store.

I used to go to the Pet Supplies Plus in Fairfax. The staff was always helpful and knowledgeable. I found the prices, especially with a customer card, to be comparable to some of the other pet store chains.

I moved and now go to the Pet Supplies Plus in Ashburn. I found the same quality of service...an atmosphere of a family store rather than a large chain. I get help loading heavy items in my car. I've ordered curbside pickup and it's loaded right into my car. They've earned my loyalty.

Great store and staff! My dog has a sensitive stomach and they were out of a special Purina brand during shutdown last March. Manager went out of her way to pick up last bag at a different location for me. Used to shop at Happy Hound, but now this is my go to pet store!

great place for pet supplies. they have a huge selection of dog food and treats. they can help you find stuff too. very friendly staff and my dog loves going there. the map here shows it in the wrong spot. so look by the party store, its easy to find.

The only pet store I visit anymore! Always has a great selection, great prices and deals especially if you have their member card, and my favorite part is the staff! Super friendly and helpful, and the guys always ask if I need help out to my car. Thanks pet supplies!!

Edit: 5/1/19 Just had to go back and emphasize how great the staff at this store is! Always helpful and now that I'm hauling a newborn around, it's so awesome they help carry things out to my car without hesitation. Never knew I'd enjoy buying dog food so much... Thanks guys!

Lovely, informative and helpful staff. Great toys for reasonable price and sometimes greater on sale. They have great selection and prices of dog food and cat food. I get Victor so that makes me happy. Probably there's more but honestly it's great to shop here.
