T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Went to get the t mobile 5G internet box. Allegra was the MOST helpful person. She explained all the features. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Before we left she made sure we understood how to hook the box up at home.

Great staff! So helpful. I was in and out with a new phone faster than AT&T ever has. Will definitely return.

I needed help at a T-Mobile store to close an account for a T-Mobile Internet Gateway. Although this location is a reseller, not a company store, the guys here were super helpful, and got me through the nightmare of T-Mobile customer service and finally got the account closed. I doubt they get commission for the service they provided me, but they did their best anyway, and I really appreciate that.

Representative Moana in Taylor, TX. was great help,she definitely showed care and concern. My phone was stolen at work, thank goodness I had my work phone available, she was very knowledgeable and was able to issue me a Sims card temporarily so that I could use it as a regular phone. Thank u Moana for everything we greatly appreciate it. U will be seeing us soon.

Juan did such an amazing job at helping me get a new Apple Watch! He made the process go perfectly smooth and left extremely happy when I left!

After speaking with Juan on the phone, I drove from Round Rock to Taylor because he seemed helpful. The drive was worth it as Juan ,Cat and Marek were all super friendly and now I have two new Sprint phones up and running. Great job Y'all

We went to the Taylor, TX location today to check out the plans & services they had to offer. We wanted to change carriers & felt like T-mobile was our right choice. We had the pleasure of meeting JUAN & being taken great care of by him. He was very professional & very, very patient with us & our old carrier. He got us switched over with 2 nicer phones & more service for less money. I would highly recommend him & T-mobile! We got 5 full bars of 5G service too! Thank you JUAN!!!

Great service! Dajuan at the Taylor Texas store got my problem fixed right away. He was courteous, explained what he was doing and set me up so my phone problem went away. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

JUAN was exceptionally helpful and patient in getting us set up with new accounts at T-Mobile in the Taylor store. He made every effort to save us as much expense as possible while meeting our needs.

New Manager Daniel helped us today and did an outstanding job. Introduced himself and nailed all the customer service points. He is a welcome addition to the Taylor location. Previously I was helped by Marek (sp?)and Cat and they were great as well. Marek is a very adept multitasking and Cat is so friendly. I mentioned this to Daniel while I was in there. If you have stayed away from this location due to less than stellar service in the past; then go back in. You will be glad you did! Keep up the good work Daniel. Joe and Jeanette Dana

Love this store. I live in round rock but will make the trip out to Taylor just to have jimmy and his team handle everything. They are very knowledgeable and have great customer service.

I had a good experience at this Taylor store I was in Bastrop they couldn’t help me and I came to too tired and they knew what they were doing. Told me that I need WiFi at Bastrop but Taylor got me taken care of
