Tops Friendly Markets

Today was my first time visiting Buffalo and I had an amazing experience shopping at TOPS today. The hospitality and professionalism Blake the cashier showed us today was incredible. Will definitely go back !

Very nice. One of the nicest Tops I ever been too. People were great. I try not to go in public bathroom. But this one was so clean. 5 stars. My husband and I will return.

This Tops is one of the better store selections in the area. It has a wide selection of different produce and other food options, it has an open, clean, and welcoming feel. Are offers a good vegan selection and various pre-made ready to eat foods.

I stopped to use my Monopoly bonus coupons today before they expired. I don't always shop there, but every single time has been a pleasure, especially today. Starting with the gentleman retrieving carts in lot. Thanks for patience and leaving a cart for me. I didn't mean to block your work flow. Some of the items I couldn't find. I asked stocking staff where these items were located. They were very knowledgeable and cordial and didn't mind helping me. At one instance I couldn't find Glaceau water. A manager walked me to the isle and he showed where it was and explained why I couldn't find it. My cashier (James) was absolutely wonderful. He new what he was doing and was patient with me using the Monopoly paper coupons and Monopoly Bonus card coupons (coupons weren't coming off). He took care of what he could and called for the front end manager. She too was great. Everyone was courteous, patient and most of all knowledgeable, knowledgeable, knowledgeable. Kudos to the work team working this evening. I had an impatient person waiting for me in my car, so I may have appeared frazzled, but in my hurriedness I am greatful to your professionalism to a customer short on time. Being part of the topps bonus card gave me a coupon for a free Turkey with a 50 dollar purchase so I got a 21 lbs Turkey and all I needed for Thanksgiving dinner for about 65 dollars. So it was totally worth it I save like 90 dollars on that trip

Clean store with BOMB pastrami sandwich from their kosher deli!

This is our neighborhood grocery store. Staff is always helpful and friendly, and the store is well stocked and clean every time we go. We look forward to trying the Cooking School soon!

Another great store to buy all your groceries and such nice employees there too.

Usually almost deserted, but everything is fresh. Meat prices are often surprisingly cheap even though the meat is quite good. The same goes for the fruit and veggies.

Extremely friendly personnel. Have a large sign that tells you where major items are right in the front. Huge selection, and even have a kosher bakery. Very impressed

Delicious bakery full of all sorts of nom noms! Donuts are always perfect and check out the color in the 7 layer rainbow cake!

Large grocery store with lots of options for everything and everyone

I can count on this tops store to have what I need. Others have such small stock or no stock at all. This one has the special items I look for. Love it
