Just dropped my phone, smashed beyond repair. Went to Eggert Rd location to buy a new phone. The gentleman working there was as knowledgeable, as he was professional. Helped me find the perfect phone for my needs, I couldn't be happier with it. I'm very technologicly challenged and tried for hours to get my present email address, no luck. I took it back this morning for a little advice. This same gentleman got my regular email address to work in minutes, and did it with a smile. It's rare nowadays to get decent customer service, and it often comes with a nonchalant attitude. If there's a class on treating costumers like they matter, this guy should teach it. His name is Shawn, and due to my complete satisfaction, I highly recommend the Eggert Rd location.

Young lady that sold me my phone was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took care of all my technical needs which aren't one of my strengths, leaving me with a phone that was ready to go. An over all positive experience.

Went to tonawanda store, as always very friendly and helpful karar was, patient. Store was getting ready to close and did not rush me out. Took his time setting up the new phone. Always a customer at this location
