Every visit, every time! It doesn't seem to matter who is working and on what day, they are all quick and friendly. I don't know the manager but kudos for having a superb team and please treat them well!

Always great service, good customer service, gast and efficient. Happy to have this store near me, it's life saver.

Was assisted by Rain today who was so kind. Really great customer service from her - she got me in and out quickly.

PEOPLE:

1. Since the pandemic, some of us have been horrible "Karen's" to customer service folks. We act entitled. It's disgusting and UN-Christian which most of us claim to be! Get over yourself!

2. It is YOUR responsibility to read & follow Amazon's return instructions! They are simple if you just read the words.

Quit expecting these folks to read your mind. Quit treating these amazing & very busy folks like they are your servants.

Every single encounter I've had here had been absolutely FANTASTIC... That's because I follow directions & respect them as human beings.

It's so easy now then before , better hours no lines.

Saw all the negative reviews so I was skeptical, but since FedEx and USPS have basically the same kinds of reviews I chose this store to ship my package. I have to say everything went fine! My package was delivered in 3 business days and I couldn't be much happier. Thanks!

Although the line was long today, the staff made me feel welcome and appreciated. I ended up not feeling well and fainting right as I was about to check out and the staff ran outside to check on me, getting me water and peanut butter pretzels to bring my blood sugar back. The staff cared so much about me and I couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness shown and the friendliness here in general. THANK YOU for showing kindness and compassion especially at a time when people are awful to one another. It goes a long way and you al deserve to be praised for your hard work as it is. Best experience I've ever had at a UPS store. Tina and Jenn helped me with an issue with my Amazon return in which Amazon only provided one label for a return with multiple boxes. Amazon wanted me to use the same label for multiple boxes and they patiently explained that is against UPS policy since it increases the likelihood of a lost package. Amazon would 100% hold me accountable for that lost package, so I was not going to do that. While I worked with Amazon support they provided me with information Amazon was asking for and made sure I had everything I needed. At the end of it we had it all sorted out, but I can't thank them enough for their patience working with me and a third-party that they couldn't control.

Going to update my review...I've been coming here for years now but more frequently, so I'm sure they know my face. Last few encounters have been really pleasant and the lady up front did a great job in helping me.

This the most efficient UPS store I have ever been to. Everyone that works there is incredibly nice, AND there have been times where the line has been insanely long and I’ve only had to wait 5-10 minutes tops. Highly recommend.

P.S. I was also there around the holidays to return some Amazon purchases, and the service was still incredibly.

I really like this location. Everytime I've been in the staff has always been helpful and friendly. I usually only use this for pre paid returns so I can't say what the costs are for materials or shipping. I usually buy my shipping items online and for the most part ship via USPS because they will not only give you free shipping boxes of any size and quantity but they will deliver it to your door when dropping mail off.
Sorry I got off track. Anyway as I said they are very friendly and helpful here. Also seems to be a very cleanly store.

I've had a box at this location for years, and am here pretty frequently. These people are absolutely wonderful- always friendly and very helpful.

This location was very efficient, especially Damian and. He was super patient with my Amazon returns and I really appreciate his positive attitude !

Very professional friendly staff that work! They actually remembered me after just going in there once and even remembered me from just calling them. Always helpful shopping return packages and have great prices on printing business cards! Stacey you run a great store!

I've always found them helpful & efficient. All staff have had properly worn masks to boot. Glad they're close by for the convenience.

Gabe was very polite and helpful. Despite the line I was in and out in 5 minutes. This was my 3rd time here and they always do a good job.

We went in this evening to make a ton prints and copies for our shop and Leah was wonderful! She was incredibly helpful and we were in and out- great customer service!

Daneen was patient and ah-mazing!! I had a lot of little packages to return and I would've been lost without her! Yay Daneen!!
