Crosby's - Maple & Sweethome

In the midst of a blizzard our podcast was looking for two pizzas to review while we talk Buffalo Bills. Crosby and one other location were the only things open making pizzas around 6pm Wed pm. For all things considered the pizza was good. Semi sweet sauce plenty of it and cheese. Crust was good. Belly was cooked well. Wish it had cup n char but still a good pizza Thank you for being open Crosby’s.

Definitely some of the best "chain" gas station food around. Way better than 7-11 and Only 2nd to kenyons(except for the weekends, because kenyons doesn't make any prepared food on the weekend). Besides the food, good selection of beverages. And not that a lot of people may understand, but I bought a UB sweat suit here because tbh they sell the sweat pants and hoodie cheaper than any place that I've been too, including Wegmans and tops.

Who rates a gas station based off a sports channel show? If you're watching TV at a gas station then you need more friends. How ridiculous. Great gas station

Clean store and efficient service

First time at this convience store the Bogo cold sub deal got my attention. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided information on how to sign up and become a member. These subs for the price are amazing. They taste really good and all the ingredients look fresh. Will absolutely be visiting in the future.

Quick stop from my house has the type of coffee I like on the fly, and wife's fav drink. Gas station is clean and very attentive staff. Not a five because the ESPN TV is fake! just commercials.

The renovation made this place no longer just a gas station. They have subs and pizza now. The pizza was good but there was too much sauce on it! Try the Mafia slices with the hot sauce, they are very good!

Decent prices

I did an online order of 2 large pizzas and 2 slices.  With the largest I got 1 pepperoni and cheese and on the other I got double pepperoni and double cheese.  With the slices, I ordered 1 chicken wing pizza and 1 mafia slice.  I arrive home and with my slices I got 2 pepperoni slices and with my large pizzas, both of them were cheese and pepperoni.  Neither 1 if them were double.    Also the pizza sauce tastes horrible.   It tastes like tomato paste that came out of a can. I can say I reached out twice and including pictures to hear nothing back. They asked about my experience and ignored what I had to say.

Needless to say,  I wasn't happy with anything to be honest. I was excited to try this place and are nothing but disappointed.   I'm not sure about future patronage for myself.   I will tell friends and family what I think, but will encourage them to try it for themselves. I'm sorry,  I wish I had a better experience.

I would not recommend this establishment for gas purchases due to the following reasons:

1. I received a coupon for an amount off per gallon and it took the manager coming out and multiple tries on both registers to get it to work.

2. After going outside to the pump I discovered that they ran the transaction to a different pump, after I had been asked several times what my pump number was.

3. I had pre-paid inside using a card because of the coupon, for an amount slightly higher than I knew it would take to fill up my tank. Upon going back in to the store to have the difference refunded the manager assured me that I would only be charged for the amount that I had dispensed into my vehicle, but I was still charged for the full pre-paid amount anyway.
