I’ve been going to this Vape shop exclusively since I got to Pocatello 8 months ago. They have incredible service, their point system is awesome, and their product line is exquisite. I’m a personable person and a lot of folks act like it’s cringe, but these people at this shop have been very warm and receptive to my constant talking and blithering on. Thank you guys for great service. Also, It’s right off the freeway exit so for those traveling, it’s great.

Love the staff that works here! They are all super personable and you can trust them to answer your questions and sell you a great product. Been going here for years and they have always been great at listening to customers!

On 2-4-24 was my first time going here and it was very pleasant! Nathan was very nice to me and answered all my questions and gave me time to look and make a decision on what I wanted because there is such a large selection to choose from. Today 2-14-24 Nathan and Casey are on shift and treated me with kindness and helped me make a decision on a vape. Because of Nathan's customer service I returned and shall go back again! Thank you Nathan for being awesome!

Shelby was so nice. And greeted me as soon as I came thru the door. And was very helpful. And has such a nice smile. ☺ she also helped find the most delicious vape ever.

I don’t know anything about vapes and out of the 5 or 6 times in my life I’ve gone to a vape store the person behind the counter belittled me for that every time. What’s the big deal? Once upon a time you didn’t know anything about it either and I don’t vape so get off my backside! Well this time was different. There was a nice lady with black hair named ryananan that taught me everything there is to know while I came in yesterday. She’s awesome 10/10.

I was passing through town and decided to stop here to grab a new vape. The place looked neatly organized and had a pretty big selection. The younger guy working came right over to help and was very patient and able to answer questions that assisted me in deciding what to buy. The prices differ quite a bit compared to where I'm from but I expected that. After my purchase he told me to feel free to make sure everything was in working order before leaving and it was. Good experience my first time visiting and great customer service.

I loved my experience with Amanda and cat. I spent $400 in 20 minutes I was able to pick up some clothing apparel and all of the things that you would need for a good time. The discounts were awesome and the service was impeccable. I filled up three punch cards and learned about some online services. I’ll definitely be back and I am happy to get discounts on money I’m going to spend anyway thank you so much. I’ll be here again Jenn .
