I prefer this spot out of another one I have been to. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have cut me deals and I LOVE the sales and clearance that they have here - one of the ultimate reasons why I come because I don't find $15+ a justifiable price for a new small bottle of juice. I also come here because they have a larger selection of non-nicotine flavors compared to e and they have a sample section. I haven't had a bad experience here... yet.
So basically:
-Friendly and honest to everyone
-can cut you small deals
-has sales
-has a clearance/sales section for juices.
-sample wide range of flavors (used to be free, but now you pay a dollar)
-will help you with your build/mod like clean, build, set it up, replace parts.
- Store is simple and has wide range of juices on all walls and mods/parts/accessories in the glass cases.
If I were to do something to this shop I would add like sofas, tables, and music. After all it's called break time, right?

Always enjoy coming in here. They have a great inventory of products and a chilled out atmosphere. The staff if always super friendly and knowledgeable, and they always take the time to provide quality customer service.

Great selection, great prices, awesome point purchase system, over the top staff with knowledge. If there was something mutually incorrect with a purchase, dont worry, They are more than helpful and genuine.

I love coming here. They have a huge selection of vape juices and their staff has a great knowledge about all of them. Their loyalty program is awesome. Staff is always friendly and prompt. The location is great. Will certainly keep coming here.

Great shop. I've been a patron since it opened in Costa Mesa and won't go anywhere else(and I've been to every vape shop in CM) . The prices are hard to beat and the staff is very friendly and always on point. I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The staff here are: knowledgeable, patient, understanding and absolutely AWESOME. These guys are exactly how customer service should be modeled after. I'm confident any questions asked can be answered. If they don't know the answer, they won't b.s about it, and they will go the extra mile to find the answer.

Great prices, great staff and very dope environment for a Vape spot. I've been to a lot of Vape shops previously to this one but nothing really compares. They have a huge selection, knowledgeable staff and the clothes selection is very unique/cool
To see in a Vape shop! I wish they had a rewards program or gave out more deals but other than that, I would recommend this place to any of my friends. I walked away with a beginner Vape mod that's really nice and some Space Jam Pluto Vape Juice for $34! That's a good price! Excited to try my new Vape tonight!

Ok so listen up, i don't write reviews but when i do . . . . it has to be the most extreme kind of service (good or bad) and i have to tell you that this place is EXTREMELY good. Ive been a heavy smoker for over 10 years and I recently quit thanks to this place. I worked with Irwin, chill guy and got me exactly what i wanted, if your like me trying to quit i would recommend becoming a member of this place. THANX IRWIN! you the man.

It's okay, not really that helpful if there's more than one customer. Totally ignored me and didn't help me find a juice I would like. They just showed me a book to look at flavors, I'm more used to other vape shops being more helpful.

Great shop. Each of the workers is very friendly and helpful. The shop has one of the biggest if not the biggest selection of juices in Orange County as well as a large selection of vaporizers and accessories.

Very clean and well stocked store. I'm new to Costa Mesa and I'm new to vaping. This was my first visit to this store, and I know that I need to search no further. This is the place to go! The customer service I received from Andrew was second to none! He was patient with me and thoroughly described my new vape to me and how to add the liquid and he pointed out the basics to me. He was very knowledgeable and also explained the differences between products so that I was able to make an informed decision. I love my new vape! And I love my new vape store!

This is hands down the friendliest vape shop I have ever been to. The employees are super helpful and aren't pushy about trying to sell you new mods. They have a big selection and are always running juice deals. Very professional and reasonable prices.
