AT&T Store

I went in having issues with my iPhone and Cody was amazing he knew exactly what to do and how to handle it! He took his time and was very patient and explained everything to me. I can’t thank him enough for all his help today he sure was a blessing to me!

I cannot say enough positive things about Ernest at the Conway AT&T store. After 3 trips to no fault of AT&T or their staff, we were finally able to transfer all of our lines from a different carrier. Ernest was knowledgeable of the process, was patient when the other carrier through a few curveballs at us and went above and beyond in every step of the process.

I stopped into this store for an upgrade. After a short wait ,a woman named Jazmine asked if she could help me. When we discussed the business at hand , to my delightful surprise, Jazmine was full of knowledge. WHAT A JOY!! To actually get service from an employee with so much knowledge. I actually walked out a smarter cell phone user. Not to mention, the interest she took in making sure I understood what I was purchasing. THANK YOU JAZMINE 🙂🙂

The workers here are absolutely the best of any at&t I have ever went to. I was in there on New Year’s Day and they were short handed because someone was sick but they continued to greet and thank every customer that walk in for their patience. There was an entitled wyt lady complaining per usual, but they worked her in since she was only there to buy something off the wall. Pretty sure it’s the Karen that left a review on Jan 2 which is the only reason I am leave this review cause I don’t normally do that type of thing. Great job to at&t for having such well mannered employees. And thanks for my new iPhone! Will be back

Cody was amazing. He helped me resolve my issue and then took the time to go over all my options since my plan was so outdated. Best customer service I have had in a long time.

Jasmine at the Conway AT&T store really helped me out and unlocking my phones. She’s a real pro and showed excellent customer service skills.

Today I visited the store because I was having problems with pop ups.
Cody helped me figure out the problem. While I was there, several other customers arrived. Cody was very calm, friendly and professional. You have a gem of an employee there!!!! 11/10/23

The personnel in this store are outstanding. Very courteous but extremely knowledgable. They switched my phone out for new one and everything went fast and smoothly. I will go here from now on.

Cody fixed my phone when tech support had NO clue what to do. He was so friendly and helpful. Ernie is another employee there, he was so nice to talk to. I highly recommend this store!

This Location Is Always Very Clean And The Reps Are Very Knowledgeable & Polite . I Wouldn't Walk Up To Any Other AT&T Other Than This One ! Keep Up The Good Work Cody!

We would LOVE to shout out Ernie from this location. He mentioned he was new but we would've not even known that. He was knowledgeable, told personal relatable stories, and was beyond kind. We had a small misunderstanding that was OUR fault and he apologized time and time again and wanted to make sure we left happy no matter what. You absolutely need to praise this man for his hard work! I believe Chris was the managers name who was also super knowledgeable and very kind when helping Earnie and it was obvious he takes pride in his job. 100/10 experience. My wife is coming from Verizon and has nothing but good things to say about AT&T due to this being her first experience.

Cody and his staff are GREAT! Anytime our family has a problem they have fixed it. This is the best AT&T store I've ever encountered. You get personalized service. There might be a line sometimes but it is worth the wait. They are limited on how many staff they can have. So please don't blame them for the wait. They have to take lunches just like your own jobs.

Went into store to discuss upgrading our phones. Store was a little busy but we were greeted immediately. We worked with the store manager and also had interaction with the other employee working. Both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made the process easy. The Manager provided me a detailed view of what I can expect as far as bill changes when the new phones arrive, so I feel comfortable with my decision. Highly recommend this store location (Church St.,Conway, SC)

Jamey H was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish and not only with but with all the other customers in the store. She was the only one working that day and was handling multiple customers at a time effortlessly! Jamey is the absolute best and the reason I will ONLY visit the Conway Church St location. Thank you!!

The rep Cody was great I've had so many problems since switching over to AT&T that I was about to go bk to my old carrier but Cody assured me that he would help fix my acct from where is was first placed incorrect and told me about all the deals and promotions that could save me on my bill. Moving forward I will only do business with him and his store.

I would say if needing anything done with your account don’t call and have it done go to a branch and speak face to face with a rep.

This has been a great learning of what AT&T and I Phone has made available. Jamie and Manager Cody where excellent in helping me save money and get get the latest set up. I will recommend to my friends this store for phones desired.
