Jersey Mike's Subs

This was my first visit to Jersey Mikes. Funny story. I intended to go to the liquor store but accidentally walked into Jersey Mikes. A very sweet young lady, Caylynn, greeted me and said I might as well order lunch while I'm in here. So, I did. She also told me brownies are delicious...she was correct. What a dream employee. Great customer service. She probably make this place a ton of money.
Subway does not hold a candle to this place.
There is no doubt, I will definitely return.

I ordered a regular # 56 . It was ready when I arrived . Omg that sandwich was huge and full of flavor ! I sat down to eat I looked around and saw a very clean dining room . The staff was friendly and courteous . They said thank you for dining with us , we enjoyed your company. As I left they said enjoy the rest of my evening.

Good food. What you'd expect from Jersey Mike's. The staff however is exceptional. Very friendly and welcoming. Everyone seemed to enjoy what they are doing and was very positive and helpful. Great store culture! Most "chains" lack this type of environment. I felt compelled to let them know that whatever they are doing, keep it up!

Came in this week and got lunch. Was the best sandwich I ever had in my life. the staff was so nice and friendly, will definitely be back next week for lunch again.

This location is always busy but they work fast and the subs are always good

Quick service today. Staff was friendly. My original Italian sub was great. I ordered a giant and ate the whole sub. Gotta give it to them. Every time I eat there their subs are consistent. Lots of meat!

Have had the steak and cheese a few times, and it's always been excellent. Lean meat, generous amount, fresh, soft bread. Far better quality and consistency than their local competitor. We'll definitely keep coming back.

Very nice. I was looking for a tuna sub, since Subway's "tuna" was exposed for being mystery meat. Jersey Mike's comes across as having fresh ingredients, and I saw them slice the meats and cheeses in front of the customers as well. The sub was tasty and quickly made. I recommend this shop.

Seldom do it give 5 stars to anything but something outstanding. However I must in this case. Compared to the other Sub Chains, nobody comes close. Very generous amounts of meat, and other ingredients all served with cordial staff make Jersey Mike's the best for a cold cut sub. I can only speak to there Italian Sub, it being so good I haven't tried anything else!

I can't say enough about the service my family received at this location! I called ahead to verify gluten free options. My oldest son has celiacs and cannot be exposed to gluten or he will get extremely sick. I spoke to Nikki and was assured this would be no issue and she wasn't lying! Nikki was AMAZING, she took the time to clean the meat slicer and service area, she used different knives and made sure she wore clean gloves. Gluten free bread and cookies in a cleaned environment is like a dream for someone with celiacs disease! No cross contamination at this location. Most businesses claim gluten friendly but think it's more of a fad then a medical need. My son was not treated like a burden by Nikki and the other young gentleman which I think his name was Micha. Nikki was very kind and accommodating and did it with a smile! This was wonderful customer service by this location and we will definitely be back! Thank you Nikki and Micha for being so kind and understanding!

This is the place to get a real sub I've been enjoying the cheese steak when we go lately. Best I've found so far.

Loved the team that waited on us. They made the visit fun with their great sense of humor. You could tell they really like their jobs.

People behind counter are friendly - know their product - work quickly on orders. Sandwiches are delicious - meats, cheeses, vegetables are absolutely fresh - always!!!

I ordered a sandwich on gluten free bread today on 10/05/19 around 1:30ish pm. Ashley took my order and asked if it was an allergy. When I replied that it was, she proceeded to completely dismantle and wash the entire meat slicer machine. She did it without making any nasty face or mannerism. Due to Ashley going above and beyond with great customer service I didn't get sick. I really appreciate what she did for me, management please reward Ashley. I thank her.

The service is always AMAZING!! Employees are very polite, courteous & helpful. The lovely lady making the hot sandwiches this morning was absolutely wonderful. And the sandwiche was AWESOME!! Love Jersey Mike's, especially since I'm from Perth Amboy NJ!!

One of the best subs we had in our life, Subway is fired.

Friendly staff, was greeted as soon as I walked in. My favorite is the turkey sub, absolutely delish! Love the oil/vinegar and spices. Looking forward to trying some of the other subs they have to offer when I go back.

My favorite lunch spot in Conway! Subs are always made to perfection, staff is always friendly and there is never a wait even during the lunch hour. 10/10 will always recommend this location.
