Koffe (I’m probably slaughtering the spelling and I apologize) is the man!! All the staff are incredibly kind, hardworking, and go out of their way to put the customer first. Best pharmacy I’ve been to.

I have been going to Smith's for years and at several different locations. I LOVE them. The staff is always super friendly and courteous, and there is always someone there to offer help if you can't find something. Their staff is knowledgeable in the location of their items and the store's prices are low! I love their Simple Truth organic brand and it never hurts my pocket book! Also, their pharmacy is incredible. The service is always quick and they always have my prescription in stock. Their pharmaceutical staff is so helpful and friendly! A huge shout out to them and the Pharmacist Casey - they never seemed bugged when I called them like 5 times in a day when there was a mix up with a prescription. They made it painless and easy for me, and they always had a smile on their face! I love this store and will always shop Smith's keep up the great work guys!!

This pharmacy is out of my way and with all of the drive thru pharmacies around, a bit inconvenient too. I would switch but I’m too attached to the spectacular customer service. A good majority of the pharmacy staff has worked there for years and it’s nice seeing familiar & friendly faces when I pick up my prescriptions. One woman, Dena, has taken my daughter on little “adventures” to pick out fresh cartons of candy to keep behind the counter the last couple of times I’ve taken her there. I could save some time by switching but I’d miss these people too much! Pharmacies can be a headache but my visits here are always pleasant.

I had some trouble getting the right prescription for a while but they've been helpful correcting the situation. They are being proactive so I don't continue to have the same issues when I go pick up. Thank you for listening to me and helping me get what I need to feel better!

Great service

The last two times they could only fill part of the prescription. Hard to work with when changing a prescription. They would only order 125grams. and we needed 250 grams, so we had to take twice as many pills.
