Walgreens

We were in town for the night and I forgot my son's needles for his insulin. I ran in , in total panic mode and explained the situation. The lady at the counter went and asked the pharmacist if it was possible to get one or two and offered to pay for them. She just smiled and said no problem. I have had a lot of negative experiences with Walgreens in my town, but I am majorly thankful to the Port Washington Walgreens!!! Customer service does still exist.

Reading all the negative reviews and I just had a very positive experience. The person waiting on me was super helpful and kind. As I was waiting, I watched her first customer of the day treat her so rudely because she had to wait 20 mins for a Rx. These places are short staffed and struggling right now - a little patience and understanding can go a long way!

I love Walgreens. Some items have better prices than Walmart next door. Staff always nice and helpful. Lots of items. Many Walgreens brand items are preferred

Never had trouble. From eleven to three has a crowd. Best to go early. I just read a negative post. Apparently, they shop there alot and continue to have trouble when they go. Some people just love to be miserable and try to make others have a crap day also. Lol

Good experiences, except last time my prescription took a long time to come out although I called previously and they said it was ready for pickup right away
