After 4 hours of traveling battery started acting up. Stopped in here and hoped they had one. Got what I needed, loaned me tools to replace in their parking lot. They even let me use their stool. The 2 ladies that were working that afternoon were extremely great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and sure knew their stuff. My son even got a piece of cake for his birthday! I would give them 8 stars if I could. Great place to deal with.

Janelle is THE BEST! She always takes great care of me and makes sure I have everything I need before I leave. She is so knowledgeable and can answer any question you have for her!

Super helpful and nice! Needed a new battery in the cold today and we were turned down at another place due to the temperature (understandable). I believe his name was Keith.. but he came out and installed the new battery in the freezing cold.

The lady testing and putting in my new battery was awesome. We had some good laughs. Her nail game was strong. She popped out the old one and popped in the new one without any damage to her fancy gel polish nails. It was legit amazing.

Had a bit of an emergency last night while installing aftermarket parts on my son's car. The belts I ordered from Texas were all wrong. Called Oreillys and Brad answered. He was awesome. We had to match belts by part numbers, not application. He set me up with the parts I needed to get back on the road. Parts stores need more guys like him.

Great staff! 👍 always deliver and pick up parts/returns quickly. They take time to track down hard to find parts alot for our shop. They have never disappointed our shop.

I would like to thank assistant manager of this store and he did a wonderful job with me this morning and I think that he should be promoted for what he did he realize I was told I was and I nearly froze last night being broke down and he was on time knew what he was doing well mannered and I appreciate him he should have his own store

The assistant manager was awesome he took care of me and got me in and out no questions asked no problems I really appreciate him he deserves a raise man deserves Don't Starve me ended up like a real professional

I'm not a dumb person but when I am the staff at O'Reilly's is always there to guide me back to the intelligent spectrum. Very knowledgeable and helpful employees.

Have a new car and discovered tires were underinflated. Found a good tire gauge and the clerk explained the monitoring systems on todays cars. It worked perfectly with the inflator I bought from them a year ago. She explained that the tire gauge and the car's monitor should be the same and they are. I'm not mechanically gifted and her advice and willingness to explain things was most appreciated.
