Goodwill Mid-Michigan

The most amazing goodwill I have ever seen. Clean friendly and very well organized. Friendliest, welcoming people ever seen in a goodwill. Keep up great work. We drive from Mt.Morris to your store.

Found some great things at Holly Goodwill. It’s a nice way to decorate your home or find dishes.

Shopped at the Holly Goodwill store yesterday. Fayth waited on us and was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Found some good deals too.

Visiting from Louisville KY and had a great time here. The one I normally go to in KY is 100x more expensive with wayyyyy crappier things. Lots of target brand things here and new in the box baby items such as a car seat and high chair. Perfect for anyone growing their family on a budget.

Excellent customer service! Everyone was willing to help me (I'm new in town, and was buying heavy furniture).

Really unusual furniture (which I love), all the clothes were in good condition, and they even have a small selection batteries for sale (something I never saw down south).

A lot of Goodwill's can either be fantastic or terrible based on one thing. They're staff. some staff members will completely ignore you be quiet and if you ask for help they'll roll their eyes as if you've asked them to part the waters of lake Michigan. I'm happy to say the staff at this location is always available and always very helpful. I've had a few questions or need help getting something and not once have I had a number to give me the run-around. They try their best to keep their prices competitive and their products organized. A nice Goodwill to visit.

The best selection of books compared to any location in the area! Proud to say that several years ago I paid just $1.49 for a 1920 first edition, first printing of "The Age of Innocence" by Edith Wharton that I sold for $800, and for a scarce, antique civil war Michigan history book that I sold for $300. Found an Anniversary Risk game here as well with the metal figurines - got it for a steal at $2.99.

The staff is friendly and there are always treasures to find if you have a keen eye and know where to look!

P.S. They have the best restrooms out of any Goodwill location in the area.

Love these stores. Good selection and great prices. Sunday the color of the week is only 1$!!! You can find some cool stuff for a very small price.
