Joel, the manager, has some of, if not THE best customer service I’ve ever encountered. I had an issue reaching the top shelf to get a product and he went out of his way to retrieve the item for me. I also have a broken hand so he carried the items around the store for me while I shopped! This CVS makes my shopping experience unique and enjoyable. The shelves are always stocked, customer service is quick and friendly, and the store is clean! I can’t recommend it enough. Thankyou Joel!

This store has had a massive shift since last year. If I was writing this review last year, it would have been a totally different story. Now, the management has turned the store around. It is always well stocked, has the best staff, and the manager goes above and beyond whenever I need assistance. I highly recommended this CVS. It is the absolute best one I’ve found in SoCal.

I just can't get enough of this place! Everytime I come in Joel the manager always helps me find what I'm looking for. I have an elderly Grandmother that always can't get around the best, and she sends me in and Joel will always ask how she is doing. I recommend this place to anyone! Don't go to the one on baker! This store deserves every cent they get.

I have been shopping at this Costa Mesa CVS for over 15+ plus years and it seems that my shopping experience at this location are keeping up with this challenging world that we all are affected by,however this genuine and Huge compliment goes out to The Manager on site ,Joel and Dajana for showing exceptional Customer Service skills and communications with CVS Loyal Customers , i will give this CvS Costa Mesa location a Huge 10 stars,keep up the outstanding work and communication skills.

Good customer service is hard to come by these days, however, Jessica (the young woman working the front of the store) was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I normally don’t shop at this CVS, but will now make this my go-to CVS store.

Great clean store! The staff was extremely friendly. They even signed me up for CVS rewards which I didn’t know was such a great program.

Jessica is a wonderful supervisor she is like to the world he makes everyone smile when they're down she's a great person and very helpful

Good service especially during the C19 challenges. Of particular value is the ability to make vaccine appointments online and the courtesy of the staff especially Pharmacist N. Tran. She goes the extra mile to provide friendly service at all times.

Dr. Trang Nguyen (pharmacist) is very professional, thorough, and approachable. I can tell she takes pride serving patients.

Pharmacy is incredibly helpful, the staff is nice. You're just impatient and rude if you expect people to drop everything else they're doing to service you. You're not important, be nice.

If you do test positive for COVID there is free monoclonal antibody therapy available in Costa Mesa.

Great customer service and the people there are so nice definitely my cvs from now on, they go beyond regular customer service, even to translate for you in several languages , kudos to the staff there I'll be going from now on.

Went to go pick up my flu and cold meds i could not believe how little out of pocket i paid. I recommend going to CVS
