Fleet Feet Morrisville

My husband and I are first time Fleet Feet customers. Fleet Feet was recommended to me by my Orthopedic surgeon. Check-in was easy and the team member at the door very friendly. What stood out for me was Richard, a team member at the Morrisville, NC location. I was hoping to get him to help us because I was observing him with other clients, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time with us explaining many types of the sneakers your store offered and helped us choose the best fit for our needs. I loved working with him and when it's time to get another pair of sneakers, I will be visiting Richard again. He went above and beyond with amazing customer service.

We had such a great experience. We worked with Anita…she’s simply the best! She made my 7th grade son comfortable explaining his foot measurements and styles of shoes that would be best for him. She spent a lot of time with us and really listened to what little feedback my son provided and found him the perfect pair shoes! I can’t say enough positive things about Anita or our experience.

Really impressed with this store! The knowledge and the customer service offered by the store help is top notch. Even though they were slammed when I was there, they were patient and courteous with me to help me choose shoes which were the best for my feet. Their shoe selection is also top notch. Highly recommend this store!

Stopped in because I was having some leg pain and wanted to see if it could be related to the kind of shoes I was wearing. Aaron did the 3D imaging of my feet and used the computer to measure how I was walking in terms of where my pressure was.

Aaron made some extremely helpful suggestions and I bought a comfortable new pair of shoes.

This was a great experience and now I understand the difference between a shoe specialty shop and a department store.

Fleet Feet is where I will buy my shoes going forward.

the staff is so amazing!! i went through the shoe id fitting and found an amazing shoe thanks the the associate that worked with me! he did a great job tailored the types of shoes to my lifestyle. couldn’t be happier with the experience or my new shoes!!

I went in a little nervous because I’m not an athlete, but I needed good shoes for bartending/serving that would help alleviate my back/sciatica pain. Bailey helped me find shoes that fit all my needs!! If you are looking for a place that will give you comfortable shoes for your profession I would definitely recommend Fleet Feet!

I was helped within a minute of entering the store. Ashley was professional and so knowledgeable. She really listened to me and my needs and found me the best running shoes for my feet. I will definitely be going back when I need new ones again.

The sales associate, I believe his name was Richard, spent over an hour with me going through multiple pairs of shoes, hearing my likes and dislikes. He was extremely patient and kind- especially when I finally decided on a shoe and then had to leave without purchasing it as I had to double check with my husband about finances.

I came back the next day to purchase the shoes because of how much help Richard gave me. I could have just bought them online but I wanted to let them know how great my interaction was and that his help did result in a sale, even if it wasn’t immediate.

I will definitely be back!

Amazing staff! They have amazing customer service, they listen to your needs and then make great suggestions. Was able to get a great walking shoe. I have also sent 5 other family members who have also made purchase. The 90 day guarantee is amazing! You Have nothing to lose!!

Very inviting store upon entry. The service was great! Ashley was knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming as I'm new to the community. The fit analysis was very helpful to understand foot issue, and why the right athletic shoe fit really does make a difference.
I will definitely will be back for future purchases.

I haven’t run in years and had no idea where to start when getting a new running shoe. Josh was able to scan my foot and walk me through what I needed as well as make recommendations on what he believed was best for me moving forward. He ended up bringing out a shoe that wasn’t even on my radar and it was perfect. I ran that afternoon and it felt amazing. I’d definitely recommend, and will be returning for my next pair.

I went into this store with a specific need to find just the right shoes after ordering many that did not fit the bill. Anita came to the rescue! She spent an hour--or possibly more-- working with me and LISTENING to what I was telling her MY needs were. After trying on numerous pairs of different manufacturers shoes, we FINALLY came up with a solution. Had it not been for her patience, I'm not sure we would have met my goal.
Needless to say, in this age of non existent to poor at best customer service, it was refreshing to work with someone who not only knew her products, but was very pleasant to work with. Thank you Anita!!!

I felt extremely taken care of, and the employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to what I was looking for and would be using them for, then gave me multiple options with the pros and cons of each. It was great to get my feet scanned to get a properly fitted shoe as well. My wife and I will definitely be returning in the future

Great place to shop for shoes. They scanned my feet and evaluated my gait etc then showed me 3 shoes they recommended. Each one was very comfortable.

Ryan did a fantastic job telling me all about my feet and explaining everything about what makes shoes comfortable and how. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such personalized and focused service. Others in the store seemed equally respectful of everyone and helpful. Just an amazing experience honestly.

The service that my wife and I received at Fleet Feet Morrisville NC was probably one of the best customer support professionals I have ever encountered! She was super intelligent on everything running, and in every shoe. She was super professional and is probably one of the kindest people I ever met! Thanks FF for hiring such great people!!!

Wow - this place is a GEM! My husband has foot issues and Ryan from this store gave us more information than any podiatrist or doctor!! They know their feet and anatomy and understand why people have so many issues and how to help! They do not try to be your doctor yet they understand and help so many! They offer 60 days to return shoes if they are not working for you! Stay away from those other “feet” stores as they are commissioned sales people with NO experience and will sell you anything! My experience at Fleet Feet was amazing. Ryan went above and beyond in sharing the unique features of the different shoes as it aligned to my running of today and goals of the future. Ryan brought out many different sizes and styles of shoes to ensure the best fit. The shoe color I wanted was located at another store and he quickly called over and had them delivered. Spectacular display of knowledge as well as a friendly service (knew interesting background history into the brands and shoes) ---Will shop many more times for my running needs.

The customer service experience my girlfriend and I received was above and beyond, perhaps the best I’ve ever had. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and passionate and that translated to the quality of service we received. I will return for any running shoes or accessories without a second thought.

Had a great experience with their custom fitting analysis, got a pair that fits great and has been a big plus for me on my recent runs. I also just love the peace of mind knowing that I picked something right for my running situation.
