Even though I do most of my shopping online, I use this location for picks and returns. The staff is always so helpful and I ususally leave with another awesome find while browsing. Tatum is so friendly and a great asset to the store.

I would highly recommend this location over any Loft stores in the area. They have a great selection of Petites, jewelry & accessories. I was promptly greeted by Lisa who was eager to help me find suitable selections. She made it her mission to find sizes & styles that were most flattering. Great customer service & definitely worthy of a great review! Thank you, Lisa! I’ll be shopping here on a regular basis!

Nice crowd. Smoke free. A local Cary bar with good service. Monday nights are trivia night which is especially fun!

Amazing service by all the employees. Not just to me but everyone that was shopping. It makes shopping so much more pleasant when the staff are friendly. Super cute clothes too.

I still love it. Guys PLEASE stop vanity sizing. I promise I am not shrinking but I can buy less and less of your stuff because everything is large. I am 5'4, 110 lbs. That is NOT at all 00P or XXSP. That size belongs to women who are 5'1 and 100 lbs, I wonder where they shop anymore.
