It was a nice checkout experience. The Samsung wireless charger duo works for my S8, after the Blackburn was few years old and died. I was able to get what I needed locally, the same day, which I appreciate.

Had great experience switching my lines over to Verizon. My agent helped me obtain the service that best fit my needs. We all walked out happy with new phones ordered. When our phones arrived he personally got everything switched from our old phone to the new one to make this a headache free experience.

Ashely was very friendly, personal, attentive, and patient.

I switched my phone from Android to IPhone and she answered all my questions and showed me what differences I had concerns about to put my mind at ease about making my decision.

The associates are very friendly and helpful in this store. They should always have two employees working because it can get busy, but they’re always nice.

I needed to upgrade my phone and tried doing it online, but the promotions didn't seem to work, so I went into the Verizon store in Morton. I wasn't looking forward to going into a store because of poor past experiences at other stores. Laney, however, was exceptional to work with. She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this store.
