I HAVE BOUGHT SHEETS & BED IN A BAGS ., EVERYTHING WAS FINE, I DIDN'T HAVE TO RETURN IT. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, I WAS ABLE TO ASK A LIVE PERSON QUESTIONS .

12/4/23 I shopped w/ my family @: JCPenney today & we had a great time, the saleslady was busy , but helpful I❤ love their sheets, comforters & Bed in a bags.i always can find a bargain here.

Although I fully circled the store and yet did not purchase anything (this trip), I was greeted in every department visited. Customer service is alive and well at JC Penny. The store was clean, orderly with a nice layout. I got a lot of ideas for the upcoming holiday season.

Penney's is great. I always find just what I'm looking for at a fair price or on sale. Be it Ladies clothes. Shoes, Costume jewelry, home furnishings. Great sales. A great resource for excellent value. The photo is of the king size bed in a bag I got at Penneys for $30 recently. My sales lady found it for me. Such a deal!

It may not have all those racks of clothes that you could look through for hours on sale. They still have a lot of sales throughout the stre and talk about cupons.

It's awesome when you are in the store and check out online because of coupons being applied but have to wait 3 hours to pickup. I literally had the item in hand and the lady that needed to pull it and process was standing 5 foot away straightening merchandise, I guess policy is policy!

Staff was nice and I found some good clearance deals in the big & tall section. Store was clean and had nice dressing room.

The staff was very professional & willing to help. Very pleasant visit.

Great customer service. They actually want to help and not just end the interaction with customers as quickly as possible. Case in point: I stupidly left my car keys in the fitting room, and had not realized this till I was out of the building. So I tried calling them 5 mins AFTER they closed. Good luck getting any place as corporate as JC Penney to answer a phone call after hours, but they did. They were able to find my keys and bring them to me outside.

They were also helpful and patient with my plenty requests throughout the 2 hours I was there.

Found amazing season-ending sale items. The cashier, Una was extremely helpful and pleasant. I usually don't enjoy shopping, but I had a grand experience. If you are looking for season-ending bargains, now is the time.

FINALLY!!!! YAY, they're open in Gretna again. I'm so excited...I was headed to Dillard's, noticed vehicles there. You should advertise..I was talking to the cashier when 2 other ladies said they didn't know either.
I'm happy now

I really HOPE THEY'RE GONNA OPEN BACK UP!!! THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE THEY DID HAVE ALOT OF DAMAGE....My favorite place for shopping!!!! Employees are so nice and helpful..I hope they don't close this location

Friendly helpful customer service. Got the perfect dress I was looking for and at checkout was told it was on sale half price!! If I'd have had more time today I would have shopped more

Happy to shop in Oakwood mall again. Prices are steep, lines were somewhat long. JCPenny's is now open again!

After a very disappointing experience at another department store, I visited the Sephora department ai JCPenney. The 2 young staff members were moving some product around, but stopped and cheerfully acknowledged my presence and greeted me. I told them I was looking for a very particular fragrance as an anniversary present for my wife. One of the ladies informed me that fragrance I wanted was only sold in their "free standing" locations, like the one on St. Peter in the New Orleans French Quarter. I could also purchase it online and have it delivered with free shipping! She was so helpful. I thanked her and she also showed me a few other things that she noticed had caught my eye, and wonderfully persuaded me to make a purchase! I will definitely go back...

Always a blast in these stores. They have so much to offer, with or without an account. I am always able to find great deals and prices here and the customer service is above and beyond.

Great place for shopping for men's clothing. By far my favorite for clothing. I am difficult to fit and they almost always have what I'm looking for at great prices.
