The UPS Store

What a great way to start the day. I quickly completed 4 transactions in a matter of minutes: Amazon return, copying, purchases including stamps & office supplies, and printing out two files I had emailed earlier. (They had already been printed out when I arrived!) The young man on duty behind the counter this morning (8/2 @ 9:15 am) was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Great customer service. Clean work environment. They will go above and beyond to help you in what you need to get done.

This store was a bit busy however the wait wasn't long. Linda who helped was friendly and personable and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair and my package which was a print I made, arrived well packed and not damaged at all. Great customer service is something you rarely see now a days but this store had it all and that's why I'm writing this review and Linda was great. Thank you for getting my painted print which was a gift delivered in perfect condition.

My printed tracking labels were too faint when I went to check out. So the extremely nice employee let me run to my car to send over a new label even though the line was through the doors for the holidays.

My anxiety and I appreciated her being so kind to get everything done smoothly.

The woman that normally works there is fantastic and efficient. I was returning a chair and she had the same chair in her office and had been looking for it to buy online. It was a good chair. Thank you lady for the mini-bonding experience. I love you.

I go to this location on a regular basis. I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. Staff is always friendly and helpful. It is a UPS store, hence they accept UPS packages as well as USPS, which is convenient.

We love the Employees and people in here. Use them on an almost everyday basis. Just mad at the customers who ruined things about dropping off USPS packages.

They are awesome people that run this place and all do a great job!

My package was returned to them due to the hurricane and they did everything possible to get my package back to me. It was also extremely well packaged to get 2 fragile pictures to me in perfect shape.
