The salesperson names AD was super awesome .
Went out of his way to help me....
Also made sure I knew all my options before making any choices. Thanks to him I believe I'll be with metro for a very long and trouble free time.

My daughter bought the iPhone 15 on October 2nd the day of release.

Excellent service. I had a very complicated issue and the lady working Fri.&Sat. was phenomenally helpful. She was patient and determined and when I need help again this is the Metro PCS store and time that I will return to.

Vic went above and beyond!!! After 2 hours of dealing with my previous provider Vic NEVER GAVE UP! He took the reins and began handling the whole ordeal...
