Upon entering the UPS store, my mom and I were greeted with amazing service. They were extremely quick, efficient, courteous, and professional. I was in and out for my notary within 5 minutes, not feeling rushed. Faith was awesome and explained everything coherently and answered questions proficiently and with patience.

I love this store! Every single time I go in to take care of something, I’m greeted warmly and with great help. Today, Ms. Ebony helped me and she is the sweetest woman ever… so kind and so patient. :)

STORE 5234...This location is on FM 78 near Foster Rd. It is the BEST place you could want to go for your mailing, printing, faxing needs. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE...is polite, efficient, and very willing to help you. I have been there so many times, mostly for returns to Amazon, but you are in and out in a flash, no matter how busy it is. It is owned and operated by the Lamberts, a veteran team, giving back to the community wonderfully! Oh and did I say, they play the best 70's and 80's music from back in the day! Keep up the GREAT SERVICE guys!

Personally, I’ve been using UPS for the last 5 years+ and never have I ever received a better quality service than what was given from this specific store. (#tupsstore5234) Customer service was top tier! Even with a line, the dedication each member had to get everyone in and out was non-comparable. I’ve already recommended most of my family members and friends to utilize this store for all their shipping needs. Not to mention all the other great services this store offers. I rarely leave comments but this deserved every bit of my time. Excellent work to the management team! You’ll have set the bar tremendously high for others to emulate. All my Christmas gifts will be shipped directly from this store.

Great experience. The gentleman by the name of Michael was beyond helpful. He went above amd beyond to help me with sime amaxon returns. He gave me best tios to ensure all gies well the next time. He is great and these days great let alone good genuine customer servicebis a rarity. He is definitely an asset amd give hims a huge kudos for being a great example..and i notice there were some other young men working and what a great exemplary he is demonstrating for.them to model. I came here for notary services. I explained to the owner Ebony that my cousin is in a wheelchair and we really needed some paperwork notarized. She went above and beyond to help us. She allowed her notary to come out to the car and witness my cousin sign the documents. Jasiel was extremely professional and empathetic to our situation.
