I stopped in at Autozone for a new headlight, as I only had one out! Jim was extremely helpful with showing me my options and explaining the differences in each one! I decided on a brighter bulb so I went with the double pack so they match. Jim came out no problems and not only replaced the one that was out for me, but replaced both! Extremely fast and efficient and I was on my way with 2 new bright lights! Thanks Jim!!

HUGE shoutout to Chip and Jim! Two extremely knowledgeable and helpful fellas you got here. Went in to get a new set of headlight bulbs and was confused about what ones to get. Asked for help and I'm not sure what gentleman exactly came out first but he took the time to actually look at my headlights and recommend a way better bulb than what I was looking at. I had plans to install the bulb that was out just as we got to our next stop but Chip and Jim decided to save me and my wife from a possible ticket and helped us get the lights installed before we left the parking lot! I know alot of people would say "give this guy/these guys a raise" Now if that is a possibility for these two gentleman by all means do so! But at the very least if you can't do that just make sure you recognize them for going above and beyond for the customer. This was easily one of the best shopping experiences I've had in the brainerd/baxter area in a very long time! Thanks again Chip and Jim!

Awesome help from from either Josh or John last weekend I can't remember his name because I forgot to give a review until now. He helped me swap out my plugs and coil pack in my Cruze before the rain hit :) great service

Jim and Josh were amazing! My belt ripped off my car and they were quick to help me ! They explained what part I needed and even fixed it for me! They definitely need a raise! What they did today helped me out so much.

Jessie and Winston went above and beyond replacing my battery in the parking lot. It was difficult to remove and we couldn't get the new one to fit. That's when I realized I told them the wrong manufacturer's year for my car. They took it in stride and didn't make me feel like I wasted their time trying to make the wrong sized battery fit and they had to do a return and repurchase at the register. I apologized but they said it was no problem. We finally got the new battery seated and Jessie didn't go back inside until my car was running...and it was pretty windy and chilly. That kind of attention and customer service is hard to find. I give them an A+!

Andrea is wonderful! She helped me with getting spark plugs and boots. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the right tools and even helped with everything. It was a pain. My boots were broken. Literally. Coils still stuck to spark plugs. Had to get vice grips. Thank you so much!!! Wish I could post a picture just to show how bad it was.

I was in town for the 4th of July weekend when my windshield wiper flew off of my vehicle (not kidding). I pulled into AutoZone and went in for help. The staff was phenomenal! Pirate helped me find the right blade AND installed it on my car (which I was extremely grateful for since it was supposed to start raining again soon). Pirate spent about 30 min helping me and it wasn't easy (he needed to monkey around with a blade to get it to fit my car). There were 2 others in the store who helped also, but I didn't get their names. They saved me that day! Very grateful to them!

Fantastic service! In a world where everyone is short staffed I am very impressed. I believe employees name was Jam. He answered all my questions and also took time to teach me! I now feel confident changing out my own headlights. That might be “easy” as far as car Maintence goes but he also could have just sold me the part and said good luck. Thank you Jam for going above and beyond selling me bulbs!

Winston is the best, I was having trouble changing my cabin air filter that I purchased (you have to remove the whole glove box to even get to it) and Winston offered his help, and literally came out to my car and changed it for me! Talk about amazing customer service, I will be back for sure :)

Clean store, everyone knew what they were talking about, I was able get in and out with no problems. Even on a return they were nice. Two thumbs up.

Been there couple times parts for my Ford Freestyle the people behind the counter got the parts very knowledgeable installation I talked to them about an 85 AMC Eagle I have have not driven in 15 years my daughter wants to drive it it needs work I don't tell the name of the associate that help me but talking to him and the others checking on parts for that old car was not out of their way they know I won't get parts till next summer but they still check the parts got me numbers to get me set up I will keep going there if the manager cease this great crew thank you
